Is this autoflower ready for harvest?

This autoflower is about 9 weeks old, do you think it's ready for harvest? It's my first grow, so I don't want to harvest too early, but a large portion of the trichomes already look milky.

10-14 days more.
When there are 95-98% brown pistils, you will be in the harvest window.

you've got a while. calyxes aren't plump.
also, trichomes on calyxes are what you want to look at. ignore trichomes on leaves.

My PH in runoff has been steadily climbing. I’m using a supersoil with an occasional lite bloom nute and molasses. Today I put in 5.9ph and runoff was 7.2. My runoff ppm is about 730. Is the PH climb normal towards the end of flower?Buds. Other

Bud rot?Finishing up drying. Temps always 68-72f with rh around 57-67. The extreme high or low was for short while. Most of the time it was 60rh. Is this bud rot? Seems like it's on the leaves r stem area. Tan/brown ish color I'd say. Sand like almost in texture and color.Buds. Other
