You can pretend your a expert, bread barbershop, defoliate to hearts content, no matter how you shake it or try and justify it, one thing alllllllllllways remains true. The cola I can't reach to defoliate, always, always, always, 100% of the time are bigger than ones I defoliate and tell myself I. Doing good. I just stopped kidding myself after a while. Plant is way smarter than we are, before a plant detaches a leaf it reallocates mobile nutrients within that leaf. Its Just waste of time and energy and reduces total capacity for photon capture. As soon as a plant detects a leaf is using more resources to stay alive than it produces it will self terminate, turn yellow and fall off. Just my experience with it.

You're in your 1st week of flower, I don't do any Major Defoliation past week 3 of flower. Anything after week 3 is to stressful IMO. You could do a little defoliation now and then see how the plant responds in the next 2 weeks and if needed you can take more. You definitely want to make sure air can move through the leaves, defoliation can help with airflow/humidity issues and mold prevention. Adding a fan to the bottom of the tent can help with airflow issues if it gets thick in your tent.

Hey there you plant is not that tall so I don't think I would defol much only cut a few fan leaves off the mid section aim for the leaves blocking light from directly hitting bud sites. Seems like it's maybe undereaterwered plants use alot of water durring flower. The leaves should always be reaching for the sky. They also look like they are ready for you to start hitting them pretty hard with nutrients

She has started flowering, once it starts taking a week out to recover from the stress of lollipop will eat Into the flower cycle time, when the buds should be fattening or growing. You can do whatever you want but I'd suggest you just let it do its own thing, looks like she has space to grow, why don't you try spreading out some of the stems, gently encourage lateral growth.
