Main versus secondary maturingThis secondary lower buds seem to be maturing faster than the main colas. The pistils are turning dark faster on the lower than the upper. Not by much, but it's noticeable. Maybe a week or so? BUT, should I take the secondary buds first and leave the main colas to mature more?

Possible calcium def. or other issue affecting leaves and budsIs this a calcium issue, and if so why is it spreading to this one bud in particular?
There are four photos of the effected bud, as well as a few shots of unaffected buds to compare. Also have spotted leaves that look like ca issue but not sure why its spread to the one bud.

Trich's / Buds look ready to flush/harvest?Do these trich's look mature enough to start a 5 day flush? Strain is a 55% sativa 45% indica autoflower. Breeder stated total time was 10 weeks, we're at day 80 today but thats not uncommon. I'm seeing 70% cloudy 30% clear a but wouldn't mind a set of more experienced eyes.

Are these trichomes ready to harvest?Am I ready to harvest? I am new at this so I bought a wifi scope to look at the trichomes, but to be hones it is still confusing but my plant is looking pretty sad so I wanted to see if she’s ready to harvest.
