there is a little bit more nuance than 001 implies, as there are multiple things that can be milky other than losing a carboxyl group (including cannabinoids) on THC but with rubber meeting the road he is essentially correct in that by mass that is going to be the primary mechanism occurring making the milky to amber transition. and that does indeed occur after harvest as well
very little argument IMO for waiting for amber other than someone told you to or if you have something super exotic that just so happens to be better at that time, I havent seen it
