No, just because it came from a feminised plant does not mean the seeds will be feminised.
Random seeds and "bag seeds" are usually the result of female plants that have "hermied", meaning seeds produced this way are regular seeds with a genetic predisposition to being hermies themselves.
So, your seed is a 50/50 with a higher chance of being hermaphrodite if it does grow female flowers.
Far better to use proper feminised seeds from reputable breeders - saving a few dollars by growing random or bag seeds can cost you far more in time, effort and other bills (electricity, nutrients etc) when they either turn male or hermie after growing them for weeks or months.
Sure, if you have plenty of room outdoors to experiment keep growing it, but if you have a small and expensive to run indoor grow tent/space, I would never consider using random or bag seeds for my main harvest.
Why spend big dollars and lots of time on a questionable seed that may or may not be ok?
Hope this helps,............
