They could be Aphids but it is REALLY hard to tell from the picture but i would buy/spray Neemoil. Nemmoil is absolutely awesome. And spray the plant multiple times not just on time (1 time per day)

Difficulty identifying leaf problem - maybe it's insects?I'm having trouble figuring out what's going on with my plant. The cotyledons and lower fan leaves are getting irregular shiny patches varying in size underneath, with yellow spots directly above them on the top side. Attempting to grow a landrace strain from seeds I brought back from West Africa in 2017 (Togo/Nigeria). Probably grew in the wild given buds were full of seeds. Growth has been slow so far. Switched to 13/11 recently. At week 5, wonder if leaves will ever get bigger.Week 4

Pest control looks like fungus gnats and larvaeEver since this grow i noticed fungus gnats flying around. I always put sticky traps down and would catch an adult every so often but always saw tons of little dots I thought was dust or fabric until I used my scope.
