They could be Aphids but it is REALLY hard to tell from the picture but i would buy/spray Neemoil. Nemmoil is absolutely awesome. And spray the plant multiple times not just on time (1 time per day)

Millipedes are they harmfulI am doing a several strain grow and everything is great. I am finding millipedes not many just a couple. What are these tiny things on the stems? Looks like some sort of pest.I can't match them with any of the common pests for Cannabis plants. Outdoor aphid removal suggestions?Looks like I may have aphids on this plant. Small holes nibbled through, spotted one tiny critter and knocked it off, and then sprayed 1/4 spirit vinegar + 3/4 water mixture on the underside of the leaves, hoping to be rid of the pests.
