My plants usually look like that day 38-42-ish. Some can finish in 50-55 days but some still take ~60, even if they look fairly mature by that point.
Genetics is the primary thing, but some of the bro-science out there and other behaviours of growers can delay flower, too. A delay can be self-inflicted. Maybe, you are just doing a better job now with less stress and an overall healthier plant? Most overly sophisticated behaviours out there are an ego-stroke and a great deal of them are a net-negative to the plant despite any hubris, groupthink or confirmation bias out there that says otherwise.
I think your plants look fine. If you are supplementing co2, might as well give the DLI to match... or reduce co2 with your reduction of DLI - it's a waste otherwise when one does not jive with the other. I don't prescribe to the notion you should reduce energy given to the plant, but each to their own. At 35 DLI, depending on if it was calculated accurately, ambient co2 is enough.
