Leaving for a week, I set up a auto irrigation kit and have it set to give around a litre per plant every 24hrs , let the machine run this morning and pots seem a bit wet tbf (heavier than normal after water), Is it okay if they don’t dry out fully for 1 week?

Hell no, your RHs sitting at 70% during the day? Goodness knows what it's going up to at night. But u can guarantee very little work is being done by plant at night. You need to control your rh during the night, the plant creates water vapor all night, if that moisture is not dealt with and extracted at night then the plant cannot process the energy it collected the day before, at night cellular respiration is King. Only way for water to escape pots is evaporation or uptake. Nothing is uptaking because rh is too high at nights so most of water stays in pots. Water isn't uptaking then nutrients are not uptaking either. Atmosphere won't evaporate the edges of pots with rh above 55%.

It really depends on your media. If you're using coco, don't sweat it. Coco actually works better when it stays pretty saturated. If you're in soil then you need to straighten it out, you want some dry back between waterings. Water less or less often... or just water well before you leave and let them go until you return if they don't drink heavy.

Hi, It's generally not ideal for cannabis plants to remain constantly wet for an extended period. Overwatering can lead to root rot and other issues. However, whether your plants will be okay for a week depends on several factors:   Pot Size and Type: Larger pots retain moisture longer than smaller ones. Plastic pots retain moisture longer than fabric pots. Soil Type: Different types of soil have varying water retention capacities.   Environmental Conditions: Temperature, humidity, and airflow affect how quickly the soil dries out. If you're concerned, you could consider a few things: Reduce Watering: Adjust your auto-irrigation system to deliver less water per cycle or less frequently. Improve Drainage: Ensure your pots have adequate drainage holes to prevent waterlogging. Monitor Humidity: Keep an eye on the humidity levels in your grow space. High humidity can slow down drying. Best of Luck buddy.

ich glaube nicht das ihnen viel passiert in einer Woche. da ein Liter am Tag ja auch nicht al zu viel ist.
