Hey guys, I need some advice on my light plan: I grow indoors with 18 hours of light in the seedling stage and switch to outdoors with approximately 13 hours of light. I grow it in a very hot and low-humidity environment.

13hrs on vs 18hrs on can be enough to trigger flower in some strains, but as long as the DLI is hitting aorund 40 then its the same for the plant in terms of how much light it needs to grow. The contentious darkness period is what determines if it will flower. The goal is aorund 12/12 ON/OFF but some plants can flower under 14/10 or in your case 13/11. Also photoperiod plants will not go into bloom until they are sexually mature, this is why you can grow 12/12 from seed and they don't instantly bloom. Autoflowers are a different game and does not matter, just give em as much as possible up to 18/6 or some do 20/4. I don't like 20/4 The sun is a powerful solar object, if its getting full sun for the 13 hours it is out there then I would not worries about it, it will be getting tons of energy from it. If you want to keep it in veg longer maybe add in a lamp outside and power blast it for the darkperoid is only 9 hrs. only matters if it is photoperiod plants, autos just leave em as is, does not matter. Good Luck!
