Can someone please help me decipher the specs of this grow light? Did I buy it too hastily for a 3x3 area?

I know it says perfect for 3x3. But I also heard specs can be exaggerated/wrong.

I would say she is perfect for a 2x2 in flower...3x3 for veg. You may need additional lighting for a 3x3 to take your plant full cycle. I hope this helps, good luck and happy growing
