How to grow Jack Herer and Power Plant strains

Hey growmies, Iāve started two Jack Herer fems and a Power Plant fem on my 3-Dās diary. Iāve read JH can be a mofo and should be grown on a 12/12 light cycle from seed. I read the same for PP also. Is this true???? Iām trying to maximize yield. Thoughts pleaseā¦ š¤Æ

The bigger the plant is the more it will do. It takes me 5 months to grow photoperiod plants on average. So a 20/4 or 18/6 at lower light intensity for however long. I wait 8 to 10 weeks until the plant shows maturity signs, then I switch to 12/12. I have grown auto versions of both. Principles with photoperiod plants is the same no matter the strain on this light length topic.

Absolute rubbish.............just grow them as you would any other fem/photo plant.
Have experience with both these strains and they have never done anything unusual.
If you want maximum yield, do not do any weird plant torture techniques that 12/12 is.

If you want to maximize yield you need a big plant, to get a big plant you need long veg. You want to skip veg and start from flower. You can do that but end up with small plant.

Grow lightsI'm currently looking for a new grow light. But it's crazy how many choices there are. Since my grow area is very small, 40x40cm or 1x1', I don't need a lot of wattage.

Should I take her outdoors for 3/4 hrs daily ?They've got 53 days outdoors morning time and when the weather is good they used to stay outside all day til 6pm then back indoors until next morning at the AC comfort zone plus CFL 150 watts, now they have 600 watts LED Grow lights and no outdoors plus 100 CFL lights fan and AC5y ago

Review this model or help me create a DIY COB plus IR plus UVB grow light.I've very limited variety of lights in this country so this is all I can find. Also there are no suppliers who provide spectrum charts or any temperature values for those lights. My goal is to make it with the best possible light spectrum.
