the resulting ratio of nutes is the key. as long as you can use reasonable doses to get the resulting ration and concentration you want, it should work fine. There are apps that can take the info off your gauranteed analysis labels and do all the work for you. could type in the canna stuff to set your target per nutritional element, then use that with the products swapped out for other brand and you get your dosage calculated for those targets.. growbuddy? i'm sure it's not hard to search for. hydrobuddy? something-buddy, lol. as far as additives and non-nutrional related stuff, just read the ingredients and make sure you aren't doubling up on anything that is the same or equivalent function.

Yes, you can... But it doesn't really make sense to use Biobizz if you already know Canna exists :) Biobizz is great for outdoors for in the ground plants and in raised beds but not a good fertilizer for growing in pots or indoors. It's finicky and reacts slowly and has to be heavily flushed 2-3 weeks before harvest to get a good end product. You have to really *know* Biobizz to get above decent results, with Canna you have to screw up royal to not get above decent end results.

In my last grow, I mixed both brands, and I had no issues. As long as you pay attention to the quantities and the nutrients needed for each stage, everything should go just fine!👍🏻
