Can I harvest these already?

I would say you still have awhile yet, I checked out your diary and looks like your around 5 weeks into flowering, could be 3-5 more even. You still have a ton of new growth on your buds. When your close you will see those white hairs slow down and you will see them stat to recede back and turn red or brown colour. Your buds will look more like buds at this point and you will start to see them eventually start to swell and that’s around the time she will be ready. If you grab a pocket microscope you can look at your tricombs and get a better idea of where she is at harvest wise. Hope this helps, Cheers💨
