should I do an LST in a 4-5 days? And maybe some tips. Last time I anchored the plant from the bottom so that the roots wouldn't come out of the ground from below and the stem wouldn't bend so much, and then pulled the stem over the top, is this correct?

Yeah growmie, you can absolutely start LST in like 4–5 days, or even sooner honestly. The stem already looks soft and bendy enough. It’s at that perfect "about to explode" young stage. And yes, what you did last time is the right way: Anchor the base low to stop the plant from lifting out the soil when you bend it. Then pull the top over sideways and tie it down to the pot edge or wherever. That’s textbook growmie, seriously. Clean work. 🤞🍀♥️

You did it right! Anchoring the base and gently pulling the main stem down is exactly how LST should start. In 4–5 days, once the lateral branches stretch upwards, you can start gently pulling them outward too, creating a nice open structure. Tip: Try to always keep the top of the plant slightly lower than the side branches – this helps spread hormones (auxins) evenly and makes the side branches grow stronger. Also, adjust the ties every few days so the plant doesn’t get strangled as she grows. You’re off to a great start!

Hey there I think it’s best to leave it until the branches come off the main stem are about as thick as a pencil and they start to have decent size leaves. Right now your plant is still a seedling and is extremely stressed. Even lst will cause it to be stunted more at this point. You really need to just leave it be and let it grow for about 20 days 1 lower light intensity and leave the light at that intensity for the next 29 days dont raise the intensity in a couple days when you see the plant start to have the slightest bit of recovery 2. Let the soil get bone dry your plant is never gonna bounce back if you don’t let the soil dry out it will take probably longer than the 10 days b4 you need to water its ok if it takes 10 to 14 days. 3. Keep temps between 72 and 80 and humidity between 60 and 70 It’s gonna take some time b4 the plant recovers then there will be a short time when it starts to grow fast then you can start doing lst and stuff.

what you do should be dictated by what you want in the fully grown plant. Shoot for 3-4 colas per sq ft and that avoids over-crowding. Do whatever is necessary to get there. Top it, bend it, whatever... figure out the most efficient way to achieve your end goal. Yes, anchor lowest part of trunk before you bend the plant over. Make sure whatever is looped around the trunk allows it to get thicker without constricting it... large loop etc.. Also, you can bend/weaken the trunk in a few spots to create a nearly 90-degree bend. If you bend it in 2-3 spots close together you'll also reduce the force applied to your anchor. Anything under the bend should be cut off, as it will be weak growth compared to anything above the bend. Even if you go to extremes to let them catch up and level out with rest of canopy -- even then it will still be weaker growth. So, don't bend it over until you have enough branches above the bend to share apical dominance and give you ~3 colas per sq ft relative to your light's footprint. Or, if you intend to top them all after that, you obviously need 1/2 of the branches needed at end.... so many ways to skin this cat.. and too many variables for a one-size-fits-all... work with deductive logical reasoning. Start with your end goal and devise a most efficient way to get there. Share vascular tissue as evenly as you can to get even distribution of buds.
