Possible Root Rot ? Advice please the plants are growing fine so I'm quite confused. The majority of the roots are healthy then theres that spot ??

your highly unlikely to get root rot with an active system like a bubbler
roots do discolour over time
is the dark bit mushy consistency of egg yolk
if it is pick it out an clean around
don't know of any treatment for roots someone will probably know

Mold between the pots and on the soil's surface, should I be worried ?So my pots are very close to one another so they can't breathe enough but my space is quite limited and in veg maybe there was not enough extraction. Now that they are in the flowering room they have a little more space but still too cramped. It's just one or 2 pots out of six

Tap root surfacedHello
I have zero experience in growing cannabis. I germinated 2 autoflowers and both popped but, one tap root grew upwards. As soon as I noticed it I reposition it as carefully and easily as possible.Being an autoflower does it even have a chance. Posted pic on diary.

Planting directly into soil with full of other roots? (Outdoor Guerilla Autoflower)The site is full of brambles with dense rootzones. I have dug a hole but its full of roots. Why plants are growing differentlySame strain different growth rates and patterns. One plant is shorter and wider while the other plant is taller. Basically the same amount of leaves.
The shorter and wider plant was repotted a week sooner in cycle. Could that be the reason? Or genetics?

Help with root containment - How would you solve or battle this?The roots grow through the net bucket and a mesh net I use for containment. Micron size too big, roots grew through. The mesh bag was a 2nd attempt at root containment. 3rd attempt will be very fine micron mesh screen. What could be a good way to deal with this?

Should I quit, and start over? Still not out if it's root rot or just coloration from the larvea. Hydroponicshad larvea infestation. Used h2o2, 2 days later my roots looked like photo #1. Now 4 days later, same roots look like #2. Had pH problems. lowered now. Gon look if its stable tomorrow. They should be ready to flip now. All other pics are also from today. Should I continue?
