Looks like a nutrient lock out, have you checked ph of water or soil? Insure ph is good feed a micro nutrient blend and foliar spray of b vit. or just the micro blend. If the soil is kept too dry theres no mobility of nutrients in the soil, dry period is good but it's short. And make sure there enough light... she just looks hungry for something to me from the pics but theres always a few duds in any seed bank

Why didn't my plant stretch?Why is my Wedding Glue Auto so short? She's healthy as can be. The issue here is that she is in day 30 with zero signs of upward growth and only 5.5" tall. Can I fix this somehow? Huge leaves though. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
