Hey man, if you want bigger plants you need a bigger pot with healthy roots. Root growth and shoot growth are proportional. More roots, bigger plants.

To get weed to stretch, the lights need to be moved further away... it's probably too late for this little one but since you don't have a diary, we don't even know how old she is... start diaries on your grows - that's what this site is all about... join the community!

She is flowering, heavily overfed and most probably watered wrong. Just will gain some weight in buds, buts its her almost final size.

Plants are too short In my opinion plants are very small. 2 days ago I watered them with 50% dose Bio-grow. 1st plant: -growing to 80 cm (actually 10 cm) -harvest in about 60 days (actually 13 day) 2nd plant: -growing to 60 cm (actually 7 cm) -harvest in about 55 days (actually 12 day)
