since i use the same grow tents, nutrients, and lighting for every grow is there a way to just copy a previous grow into a new one so i don't have to enter it all manually every time?

Unfortunately, I don't think so๐. Luckily we only have to do it once, though. After that, everything you're using is saved and it's just a matter of entering the numbers on your updates. Only have to do this at the beginning and it should be a smoother process from here on out๐

Watering will be a pain though. At some point I would like a drip system but no time atm. Any ideas?
