It's not powdery mildew and there are no pests. Underside of the leaves is inconspicuous. It can't be rubbed off or removed, and it gets stronger as the plant grows. The plant is developing completely normally. Could it be a deficiency or calcium? Water has a pH of 7.8, but it's being corrected.

I have the same problem with my current grow, I don't know what it is and there are no bugs in the room.

Definitely a pest. thrips can make marks like that, but not limited to.
pyrethrine is a kill on contact option wiht a fast degredation... i'd still recommend not using it in flower. It has less than a 72hours half life if i recall... but no idea what the threshold is for 'safe'. Anything that is truly safe to apply in flower is probably also ineffective. Predator bugs are 'safe' but may need time to control it.
Good thing -- definitely not powdery mildew.

When I have something similar = everything I do = it's nothing)
I have never had any problems with such spots.
I would say that these spots are probably constantly on my bushes. Somewhere there are more somewhere less. I'm already used to it.
I do not remember the nyode occasion in my own, so that after such spots there was a bad thing.
Swim like that further, I do not think that there are reasons for excitement)
Maybe I don’t know something = but it's all not dangerous.
Do not pay attention
Refract the leaves when you know exactly why to do this.
When you have a box in boxing.
Do not cut the leaves without super critical reasons.

Why do my plants only have that light greenish yellowish look at the top and why is one of my plants also having those sick leaves at the bottom?2 of my 3 plants are a bit yellow-ish at the top since about a week. Plant 1 also had a couple of sick leaves at the bottom that I did remove. Those leaves had brown/dark spots, felt dry like paper, had very purple stems and did smell more like hay. Something ate a hole in a leaf last night. It not a complete hole through just the chrolophyll was scraped off, leaving a yellow bite mark (picture in diary). I removed a caterpillar looking thing from my tent this morning, no idea how it got there. Could that have been it?Week 6

Discoloration 3 weeks into floweringDay 51 of my grow I'm starting to see some discoloration on otherwise healthy plant and I'm getting concerned. Most of the leaves of the plant are near the top.
