Any idea why the leaves are curling inwards like they are in the last two photos? Is this because it's too hot, or am I giving it too much water? Should my fan be blowing on the plant itself, or the 150-watt light? Thanks.

With the heat we got in Ontario it is just that. Too much light and heat. Try finding some shade for them. That said its all cool and rainy so you should be good. I wouldnt worry too much (mine are doing the same).

Hey dude, keep the lamp further away that’s a good one ☝️ haha It’s an outdoor grow right. Look nice and healthy to me just don’t overfeed or overwater at this stage. A little N could go well now 1/2 strength veg feed would be perfect when the soil dries enough. The leaves look as if they are 🙏 praying to the light which is natural in a healthy grow. My guess is she will be ready for some water soon. Good luck✌️🏻

Looks to me like I was just a hot day outside. I doubt it was hit soil as you would have seen the symptoms earlier on

Hi there! It looks like your soil is too hot, you overfed your babies :( At this stage, such young plants don't need anything but root stimulator, and the soil needs to be light enough for the seedling to be happy (avoid rich substrate bags). As an emergency move, you can flush your soil with plain PH'd water (6.2) and let it dry for a couple of days, then see what happens, we'll be around to help. Good luck bro

Your ideal grow room/area temperature is around 25-27 degrees celsius. But just dont go under 20 degrees or over 30 degrees and you will be fine. The distant of your light should be low enough to not get stretchy plants but high enough so the heat of the light doesnt burn your plants. You can find the perfect distance by just simply putting your hand on top of the plant and see if you can feel any heat from the light. If you feel it then raise the lights untill you dont feel anything. If you are really giving your plant 1liter of water a day at this stage in a 1 litter pot its not good. You need to let the soil dry before watering again. You can do a very simple test by putting your finger inside the soil just a little bit so you can feel if it is dry or moist. But becareful not to damage your roots. Do it gently. If it is still moist dont give any water. Wait until it feels dry. And for your nutrients take it very gently. Less is more. I usually start feeding my plants around day 10-15. And 1/4 of the strenghth that the nutrient company recommends. I dont know much about your nutrients that you are using but 1.8 E.C. or 900 ppm is really high at this stage that you are in. You definitely need to lower it down. You are doing damage.

None of the above. It's nutrient burn plain and simple, 1.8 EC (900 PPM) is too strong even for plants in full flower. Never feed before at least 4 pair of leaves have fully opened. And since you are using soil there should not be any need for aditional nutrients.
