it only really depends on why you're even measuring growth. like if the seedling stage is not important and you start counting at week three for whatever reason then that's fine, same as the opposite if it's from seed or when you first transplant root plugs. the main idea is dont confuse yourself because that's the only person that these measurements really matter to. Hope this helps ! 🚀

The correct time is when the seeds poped and cracked , some will say it's when the 1st st of round leaves can be seen ( the cotyledons ) but it's just a 1 to 2 days difference The MK Ultra is hell of a weed , breed by the french breeder from TH seeds

As soon as it sprouts. I usually germinate right in the soil with a clear plastic cup (w/ holes in it) over it until it sprouts with 24/7 light.

Hi @MKultra420 the cycle begins as soon as the first leaves are born, the purpose of grow indoor is to simulate ideal conditions as if the plant grew in nature. good luck mate 👍

Some say second set of true leaves, some the appearance of the growth tip others igonre the whole distinction. I just count it as in germ or not, first set of true leaves. Its off to the races at that point.
