chasv77answered grow question 5 years ago To me, anything under 55-60 degrees, will stop your plant from growing (especially seedlings). Any lower and your plant may become stunted/die. I experienced that in a winter garage at 50 degrees.
At 70 degrees, this may not allow your plant to really reach its optimal grow capabilities.
IF these are your final outdoor temps, you will be cheating your grow. If these are your starting temps for your growing season, and temps will rise, then excellent.
IMO, You may need to cover the plants at night, till overnight temps get above 55 degrees or so.
