did you reach over it and bend it? the rest of the plant has turgidity, so it's something physical. I bet it straightens up within 24 hours. side note - think you are low of sulfur or locking sulfur out with some other nutrient if it is physically present in proper concentrations. Canopy looks a bit odd... it's lush (dark) with a blue hugh? and that inside out chlorosis on new growth. Low P related to blueish color and the inside out symptom is low S. Because the other leaves are dark. Lockout is something you have to rule out.

It's growing off set because it's going into or is in flower. It's totally normal. All branches will be showing this now not just 1 branch.
