Die Gorilla Cookie kann gut mit LST umgehen. Tag 22 ist schon etwas spät. Entweder jetzt oder besser nicht.

Hi Mate. For the 22. day the plant is very small and undeveloped. What are your growing conditions? And definetely start LST asap!

Yes mate. LST is highly recommended for autoflowers to maximize yields, improve light penetration, and increase airflow, often doubling production compared to untrained plants.

Hey buddy, First of all, don’t stress. That concern you’re feeling is actually a good sign that you care and you’re paying attention. About LST on autoflowers: it’s not something you have to do, and it’s definitely not what determines potency. Potency is mostly driven by: • genetics • overall plant health • environment (light, stress, nutrition) LST doesn’t magically increase THC. What it can do is help with light distribution and structure, which sometimes helps yield, but only if the plant is ready for it. Looking at your plant at day 22, she’s still on the smaller side but trainable. Personally, if this were mine, I’d probably wait a couple more days and see how fast she’s growing. Autos move on their own clock, and timing matters more than technique. If you do decide to LST: • Keep it very gentle • No hard bends • No topping • Think “guiding”, not forcing If you decide not to LST, that’s perfectly fine too, especially in a small tent with multiple plants. You won’t ruin yield or potency by leaving her natural. With autos, the biggest risk is overdoing it, not underdoing it. This is just my humble opinion, trust your instincts, watch how fast she’s growing, and choose the option that feels calm, not rushed. You’re doing good so far, Growers Love and keep us posted 🌱

It does make an obvious difference in yield. It's also helpful for keeping the plants small.

Just let it grow straight up, then fan the branches out when they get long enough. Training can increase yields but it has zero effect on potency.

hi.

Indoor you’re playing the same game than outdoor, but under different rules bro 😎 You will have to deal with the light intensity, nutrients and water schedule, and keeping your EC and pH levels of the soil in good conditions. Any mistakes with an autoflowering during its life cycle will have repercussions on the final yield. So LST or not LST ? It depends on your feelings

A proper LST can make a difference in yield and quality/more equal quality in the buds. But for a first grow I would suggest to grow them as they grow (concerning LST). In a first grow there is enough that leaves you uncertain if you do things right or not - so why bring in more of these components. And like this you would have a reference to your first LST in one of your following runs.
