You are correct that the humidity must be high. Research vpd as this is a more accurate measure for the plants environment as it takes into account temperature as well. Around 80% is usually fine for seedlings. Your soil should be moist however. Allow a small amount or a dry back on the surface but the soil should generally feel like a wrung out sponge where its moist but not sodden. When you water water in a circle around the seedlings with increasing radius and amount of water to encourage the seedlings roots to search for water. Happy growing!

High humidity around 65–80% is good for seedlings, but the soil shouldn’t be too dry. You could water only a small area around or slightly to the side one side of the seedling rather than soaking the whole pot, so the roots are encouraged to grow outward while still having access to moisture. If roots only grow towards dry areas Autopots wouldn't need socks. If it would be only towrds wet areas My roots wouldn't grow outside of my fabric pots Guides from your Breeder/Bank: https://www.zamnesia.com/grow-weed https://www.zamnesia.com/grow-weed/287-seedling-phase-cannabis https://www.zamnesia.com/grow-weed/301-how-to-water-cannabis-plants https://www.zamnesia.com/grow-weed/288-vegetative-period-cannabis Or wherever you like: https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-indoor-cannabis-growing-relative-humidity-and-temperatures-n243
