Roots won’t submerge

Roots won’t submerge. Dwc, steady ph, water at ambient. Jacks 321, Clorox. Had instant root rot in week one. Clorox got everything white.

Hello. The reason the roots won't submerge is "surface water tension". The old trick is to add some liquid dish soap. Just a few drops you don't want a lot of foam. Chuck.

Im thinking the clorox is preventing elongation. your roots like fine now so get the clorox out and add fresh water and start light on the nutes... like 200-300 ppm

Looks good to me. I would give them some time to grow if everything else is in check pH ppm. I would just keep enough water for them to be in just not to high. leave little air gap just enough water for some roots to hang in. If plant looks healthy I would say your good. Just give roots some time to recover
