I purchased a IGrowcan & discovered that my plant is route bound in the jiffy peat pellet supplied, advise to new growers if you use the pellet remove the bag at time of potting!

Slow growth / not spreading out much / compact plant. What gives ? Should I attempt to defoliate to get more light in there / pump more nutes ?Any advice on making it grow faster ?
