What size pot for final homeI am ready to transplant this girl. I have a 7 gallon plastic pot or a 30 gal tote from big lots I can drill holes in. Is the 30g overkill considering I only have 2-4 weeks until flower or will a increase in yield make it worth it? It has been in a 5g outdoors for 3 weeks.

Mold on roots??After having my ph problem "fixed" (plants are still turning lime), I wanted to check the second runoff, I lift up the pot, lo and behold, the roots have some "white" stuff around their tips, is this mold????
I can smear it on my finger, it leaves somewhat of a trail

I've always gone from root cube directly to 3-gallon pots. I can't compare the difference with transplanting from solo cups because I don't have any experience. Have any of you found a significant advantage to adding an extra transplant? I figure 3-gallon pots aren't THAT big.Roots. Other

Thirsty look - exposed rootsMy plant has been looking thirsty but I know it isn't a water problem. Had another look today and saw some roots were poking through the substrate as I suppose every time I water I'm displacing it! Super low runoff PH, even after corrective measures being taken. Plant otherwise okay, but probably isn't taking all her nutrients.My runoff PH has been hitting mid-5s, even after flushing (w/ & w/o additive). Been trying to raise with higher PH water, used 7.25PH water today and the runoff was still 5.56. She looks healthy other than some discoloration in some leaves, so it isn't killing her but.....????5y ago
