Hey Henry, I took a look at your little ones. At this stage, it’s highly unlikely to be a calcium deficiency because seedlings that small usually have enough nutrients stored in the seed and the initial soil mix to last at least a week or two. What I’m seeing here looks much more like light stress or a slight environmental shock. While 65w doesn't sound like much, 30cm can actually be quite intense for fresh sprouts depending on the light's PAR output, which explains the slight curling and pale edges. Moving it to 40cm was a smart move to let them breathe. Just make sure you aren't overwatering them either, as heavy soil can mimic nutrient issues by drowning the roots. Keep the humidity high, let that light stay at 40cm for now, and they should green up as they establish. Happy Growing Growmie🌱

Too young for any sort of deficiency. Have you been wetting the leaves when watering with the lights on??

1st - underwatered and due to this it's burning 2nd - if it's a new soil then it's hot if not then it's deficiency or could be lock this one is treaky though. no broblems with N or P but smth mess with K - try to water it a bit more, don't let it dry out and in a week if smth off ask question again
