Can anyone help me with LST? I'm a beginner and would like to give it a go to improve my skills.
Any tips on how, when and things to use would be amazing or even a link to a site I can research on.
What strain is better to learn LST are autos good for this?

Hello, lst is a way to increase yield, exposing more sides of the plant, to do it you can grab some tire and a pin and hold in the vase, then after a few days the new sides will start to come up and you just keep doing that until you reach the many sides you want, with that you need to create a shape, the most common I see is round shape, about the strains I think all the plants are eligible to do lst you just need to be careful to not hurt the plant, on the autos you need to be careful too to not train on the flowering but on vegetative.

Check out my grow. I use LST and SCROG on my plants. I try and get close to 100 tops per plant! Usually I grow 2 monster bushes but right now I'm growing 4 so i have a little less tops per plant.

Pistils? Steps from now on?Hey this is my first plant. Went all good till now. Not the growth i had wished for, but im happy.
Day 21 now i see pistils clearly. Isnt it a bit early for pistils, because the plant is relatively small.

Hi Grow Community! I am trying LST for the first time. Plant is about 14cm hight. As far as I know I need to bend the stem until it's horizontal with the soil. But the stem of my plant is already so thick and solid. Does it need to be rly horizontal?Should I try and bend it more?
