Hello, lst is a way to increase yield, exposing more sides of the plant, to do it you can grab some tire and a pin and hold in the vase, then after a few days the new sides will start to come up and you just keep doing that until you reach the many sides you want, with that you need to create a shape, the most common I see is round shape, about the strains I think all the plants are eligible to do lst you just need to be careful to not hurt the plant, on the autos you need to be careful too to not train on the flowering but on vegetative.
