Is my LST good enough?

It's hard to know with Autos. It depends on the strain.
This year I've done LST on all of them, and three have stayed small (I understand it's due to stress) and two are doing great with about 10 main colas.
Wait a few days and analyze the evolution.
If it grows vigorously, continue the LST.
If you see it's not growing, undo it and let it grow naturally.

Is it worth lst autos outdoor/greenhouse?I have seen loads of lst pics and videos on auto grown indoor but can it be done when growing outside as its will already be under stress from the variable factors growing outside/greenhouse. Worse one being pests!
