Hi guys is that a pistil? And if so why is she already flowering? Is it a good or a bad thing? Should I do something about it?

yes congrats a female.it is a very good thing indeed. autos start flowering whenever they want.you can't do anything about it.let her grow well and you'll be rewarded :)

Trichomes and time to harvest Did check on trichomes in week 12 (7 flower). Distribution was something like 0% amber,10% milky, 40% cloudy, 30% slightly cloudy, 20% clear. If my goal is 10-20% amber, how many days does it take usually to get there from here? Rough estimates are welcome. I'm a newbie.

Budrot on previosly repaired broken branch, next steps?I snapped a branch about a week ago. Today i did a close inspection and spotted bud rot at its top site, so i removed the branch and inspected the rest of the bud sites on the plant. It doesnt seem to have spread. Did I flower too long? is it time to chop?Is it time to chop? I posted her on Reddit and people are like "you're way over, it's foxtailing and you need to chop ASAP!" As you can see there's still white pistils on the top most of the biggest colas. I also have scope photos of the trichomes in the diary.
