Hey guys, almost new too the indoor growing scene. I have a setup with a migro200 , i think the advised distance tot the canopy with this light is 30 cm. At what distance do you keep the lights and with what output, for seedlings/Young plants?

Migro is a popular manufacturer. Contact them and they can give you the best distance to keep your light. You dont need that much power for seedlings though. I start my seedlings under a 23w 6500k cfl bulb available at most hardware stores. Then I put them under the led after about 2 weeks. Led can be too intense for your seedlings even if you dont feel the heat coming off of it.

Stick to the advise from the manufacturer first. Seedlings don't need much light, it can be as far away as possible really. But as they get older you may want to bring the light closer. If its too close you will notice slight burning of leaves or leaves curling down and hiding, if the leaves are pointing up, they are reaching for the light and you need to bring it closer! Hope this helps, it's tricky with leds

Well all depends on the light that one you got sounds good and strong. Most seedlings can and do like not so intense light or at least not to close .I have a 300 watt LED and my fastbuds I just sprouted were at a distance of 18 inches but I put her up to 21. If u can put your hand under the light and she feels warm but not burning then you should be in the clear just keep a good eye on them and know they want comfort at first not too close I'd do farther 30 cm just to be safe ..good luck I like that strain ..
