If you haven't fertilized, i'd say it is safe to go that route now based on the picture -- looks to have some fade. Unless it's really hot soil, of course. soils will have some nutrients to start - some more than others.
That's not a nitro deficiency, because that happens lower, first. what i see can be any number of deficiencies and even a couple toxicities can show that. ensure you give water 6.5-6.8pH or so in soil. check your mixed fertilization pH too.
bone meal and tiger bloom won't provide all that's needed. be wary of instructions on the fox farm products... they tell you to bomb your plant and 80% of the time you run into toxicities in short order. in my experience, products that do this are trash for multiple reasons. i have used FF triple pack thing for a grow or two. Never provided what the plant needed, always had issues. that's not a good sign of quality.
