Yes if you cut the manufacturer dosage by half.
In soil that kind of mineral feeding is to apply every two watering at full strength

Potential overfeedingHi, this is my first grow and I'm running synthetic nutes in a biobizz light mix soil. After today's feeding, the run off came with 4000ppm when I usually get 2500-3000. Been flushing for the past week, the larger fan leaves are starting too turn yellow faster than I had anticipated but trich's haven't started turning amber yet. All the other sign's point towards her being about a week away from the chop but I'm a bit worried that I flushed early

Did I give too much fertilizer??So I decided to add in some soluble fertilizers. I gave it a 1/4 tsp (50% of recommended dosage) a couple days ago and noticed some yellowing of new growth on the bud sites. Is this a sign of excess potassium and phosphorus? I gave it Fox Farm Open Sesame (5-45-19).

Purpling, contorting, drying, yellowing.Leaves are going all nuts, i think it was from a bad feeding, i've been too busy, no time for notes, they started going purple after feeding so i used plain water for the next 3 waterings with +water, tops started showing calcium lack, anyone can confirm?
