Generally living soil is doing better with organic stuffs.
Acccording to me you can but it will not mixe well with the beneficials in the soil and they could loose their efficiency

Personally, I wouldn't. I have grown in similar hot soil mixes before and it's easy to go overboard with the Phosphorus. Once that happens it's hard to come back. Less is more.
