Bound and wrinkly leaves

Some bottom leaves are wrinkly and where bound to eachother. These are new growths that grow from first 4 leaves. I'm having hard time googling the issue. What could cause this and should I be concerned?

Bro, don’t worry too much, it’s just that the watering solution got on the tips of the leaves and they got a chemical burn. I’d recommend watering carefully and checking if the lower leaves are touching your substrate. Everything will be fine, bro! 👌 Good luck! 👋 👍

I removed the affected leaves.I jus removed these as a precaution, leaf septoria is what I was told this is in week 3-4 flowering ik it def will be stunted now I wiped my tent down w a wash cloth and hydrogen peroxide I did not want to use bleach, what should I do next?Keep an eye on it and hope for the best?

Plants are burning part 2Added some Bud Boom (0-40-23) to give a kick of phosphors…. Most of plants are turning yellow and burning that’s problematic !
What’s about phosphorus with my watering ?
Maybe Cal-Mg?
Or even are the roots to compact on the bottom of the pot ?
