you can start LST as soon as your plant is tall enough to have it and depending on what plans you have with your grow and the type of plant you grow (auto strains or fem) One trick to make your plants taller in early stage is to increase the distance between light and plant. Have a look at my diaries, there are some techniques in LST, topping, mainlining that might help. Best of luck!

I mostly start training when the girls are 10-15cm in height... 3-4 nodes I believe...
