Watering Coco Coir 100% Canna coco coir substrate. 3gal. fabric pot. Will be sub irrigating via. wicking. Watering? How can I be sure that I have watered deep enough without overwatering. I have always grown in some sort of soil, so this coco is causing me some issues. Any advice would help.

Currently have the light at 22 inches above the pots as I have a light meter app on my phone. It really is pretty accurate. At that distance it reads between 350/400 ppfd which is what I believe seedlings like to thrive. I have noticed manufacturers recommend 18 inches for seedli
