Low budget light I don't know if this is the right light. I'm gonna leave it for a week but if I don't see any kind of growth I'm gonna replace it with some good light. But since it's a wooden box I don't want to put a big light, maybe some stripe or bars, any low-budget suggestion is appreciated

First time HESI soil What’s happening to my girls? It’s the first time for me with minerals, currently using the HESI Soil Pack. Maaybe I’m putting a little too much SuperVit. Both autos, SweetZZ in 15L and Amnesia Lemon in 5L pot. Yellow fan leafs, red stem, lil weak.. Look at the pic and tell me :)

Kratky isn’t working well Kratky system isn’t working well for my girl. She keeps growing slowly thanks to some hydratation with the spray but the roots never reached the water. I never used rockwool for her, only perlite. What can I do? It’s almost 1 month old!

DEFOLIATION: when should I do it? I start by removing some yellow leafs and I'm at 2 week from harvest. Should I remove the other biggest leaf, even if they didn't shadow the flower and are healthy and green? Also, what means if the stem is reddish?
