Defoil on auto..to do or not to do?
I’m tried to lst them to keep them low but the leaf are too big and many of them covers the flower under. Is it a good idea to remove them?

It's not as pretty, but if you want to increase light without defoliating you can move some of the leaves around and tuck them behind others. You can bend or stratch some of the leaf stems to get them to bend into a different direction, though I know that can get old quick especially with a larger number of leaves.

It's a personal choice but removing some that are blocking the light right above the tips would be helpful. I personally don't cut them off well not totally I scissor through leaves. To me half a leaf is getting more energy than no leaf..just don't go crazy..

LSD Auto - Defoliation in veg?I'm defoliating progressively the plant, this means that I remove a fan leave or two after LST. 4 in total until now, to increase the light exposure in the buds. Most of what I've found is controverse, a kinda 50/50 fight between the 'do' and 'don't do' it. Opinions? Thanks 😎

Defoliation for Autoflowering in Flowering stageHi everyone! I'd like to defoliate my girl, but she turned into flowering mode just recently. Is it feasible to defoliate to open up more bud sites or better leave as it is considering that she's an autoflowering? She looks pretty healthy.

trim auto for compact grow (space bucket)I want to focus on a few colas when growing this compact, 5gal bucket is max width. Should I leave the 4 or 5 fittest and trim the lower branches off entirely or just let the taller dominate and avoid stressing this auto (space is the obvious issue here)? 🙏thanks community.

The fan leaves seem to shield a lot of light from the inner leaves, also touching ground. Should I trim the fan leaves? When do I start with the ScrOG and at what height should one set the net ?
Also curious about defoliation: Right now, I keep tucking the fan leaves under the smaller ones.
