Dry trimming the Tropical Tangie worked great for bigger buds which were nice and firm. There was a lot of fluffy bud below the screen that was no fun to trim that way. The leafy pheno was not so bad after all. The leaves can be easily removed by hand during the dry trim. The overall harvest was nice in terms of amount, resin and smell. The Tangie is very strong, uplifting still, but qith a bit of a punch. The smell is nice, but mine do not really have a citric or orange peel smell. More like an interesting spicy, sweet and somewhat musky aroma. Kind of like really fresh homemade hash. It was the first grow in this setup and with this strain, so I will not blame the genetics or the setup for the fluffy buds. They could probably have used at least one more week, even though they are supposed to be ready after 9-10. But it was too cold in the grow room and that slowed things down. I also did not defoliate enough and trim the small crap under the screen. Effect 9/10 Aroma 8/10 Yield 8/10 Bud appeal 7/10 I made clones from the good pheno, which are growing in a SOG, see next report. Then we see if I can squeeze out better bud.

FYI: The plant was her prettiest in Week11. So don't miss this if you (like me) most of the time mainly check the harvest page! :) I had a lot of fun growing Tropical Tangie. It's almost too vigorous, but if you get over the constant defoliation and watering needs, it rewards you with very dense very smelly nugs. A LOT of nugs! I initially bought this strain because I wanted something straightforward orange-y fruity. And while at the start of flowering it smelled exactly like that - towards the end the smell shifted. To the orange peel smell there joined a very pungent dark roast coffee smell (to my nose). A good friend of mine even called it "burnt rubber". Now as that smell has permeated through the "airtight" polypropylene containers like no strain before, i have kind of fallen in love with it! To me, the high is strong and relaxing. Almost sedating - first time i tried a larger amount I caught myself after a while staring at my PC monitor doing (and thinking) nothing. Nothing at all. Very serene.

I was so excited about this strain: I love tropical strains, I love tangerine strains. So this must be the culmination of strains right? It didn't quite live up to the expectations. She grew quite nicely, a very compact structure but was very sensitive to nutrients. Near the end of the flowering phase, she developed botrytis... The structure of the plant had too little airflow and the buds were very dense. Managed to save quite a bit of the flowers. The dried flowers are compact, quite sticky but do not have a fruity flavour.

Oranges with superpowers!! Growing experience - 8 Smell - 13 Taste - 12 Effects - 10 Spectacularity - 9 Poa, what a smell!! It's full on orange, cut in pieces, juicy and sour and fresh, so good! The buds are sticky and very dense, if you throw them onto a metal bin, they definitely make a CLONG! Great work, Dutch Passion! The plant was a beauty, grew normal in size, she responded directly to the switch, produced awesome buds. I was struck with budrot, next time I will grow her in winter, that's the time with the lowest humidity in the house. My environment wasn't ideal tis time. But still I got a great harvest. The effects are incredible, if I manage to stay awake, it's really trippy. I think I had hallucinations. But who knows. The harvest was quite early, from the look of the buds I would have waited one more week if the circumstances were different. But I'm actually really happy like how the flowers turned out!! Definitely a keeper in my growroom!

Buds grew really nice. As it was a micro grow. It also didn't stretch much during flowering, making it an ideal candidate for SOG (Which I had Originally started, and got 7 healthy clones, 2 failed. But as my schedule was limited I had to drop it and do a micro.) Got 21ish grams of very high grade what I would define as Orange Skunk. Very pungent and with it unique tropical citrus hints. But, unmistakable for me was orange and a very similar trait an OG skunk with a tangrine Twist. Defo going into my winter garden. And, one of these days I'm gonna do that 9 7L SOG. As you'll see in the harvest. I'm giving a brief look at how she progressed. Its not the diary I wanted to make. But, as I had family stuff come up and other stuff. Here's what I got. She's a pleasant easy plant to grow. She took a lot of punishment with every node topped and she pult through the entire crop of 14 plants the hardest by a ways. Odour is strong. So, I'd advise a purifier or filter and use a negative seal. Steady on the nutrients she doesn't demand to much. I'd of loved to give her another week to ripen and get some more orange popping but with 15-20 ambers I was more than happy. And she was done. The smoke itself was smooth which let you truly taste all this girl tropical and sweet tastes while blowing your socks off with her stank.

Welcome, my fellow cultivators, to the captivating chronicles of the Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja odyssey! As we venture into the heart of this botanical escapade, prepare to be whisked away by the tales of night and day, unbridled growth, and surprises that surpassed even my wildest expectations. Our journey commenced with a humble seed, a promise of the ninja to come. As the first leaves unfolded, the Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja revealed its stealthy nature, already tiptoeing into the world with a citrusy fragrance that teased the senses. As the tropical sun kissed our ninja, its growth became a silent but powerful force. Each leaf expanded like a ninja star, reaching out in all directions. Day by day, the Lego Ninja cultivated its strength, preparing for the covert mission that lay ahead. With the fall of darkness, the Lego Ninja came alive in a clandestine dance. Its leaves, like shadowy shurikens, absorbed the moonlight. It was a spectacle, a ninja ballet under the starry canopy. The aroma intensified, a fragrance so alluring, it felt like the ninja was orchestrating a secret perfumery. Anticipation reached its zenith as the Lego Ninja entered the flowering stage. Buds emerged, dripping with the promise of tangy tropical delights. It was everything I expected and more—a stealthy ninja, now laden with the potential for a harvest that would echo through the ages. The Lego Ninja defied my expectations, its buds swelling to proportions that challenged the laws of horticultural physics. Each nugget was a work of art, a testament to the ninja's prowess. The tent, once an empty canvas, now transformed into a tapestry of resinous wonder. The moment of truth arrived, and the Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja stood before me, a masterpiece of green and orange. As I harvested each bud, I marveled at the sheer magnitude of this ninja's conquest. The aroma, now concentrated, was a fragrant victory dance, a sensory celebration of a grow well executed. Fellow growers, the Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja journey was a saga of surprises, a testament to the magic that unfolds when nature and ninja skills unite. Until the next adventure, keep growing, keep blooming, and may your gardens be filled with ninja-worthy harvests!

Dense buds, but quite a lot of leaves. If you take off a lot of lower nodes before flipping you should have an easier time trimming and you'll probably get bigger buds. a single plant filled a 2.4x2.4ft scrog net in 2 short months, absolutely recommend you properly scrog this strain, you won't regret it.

Thanks to Dutch Passion to let me join contest! Review is honest opinion anyway. Strain to recommend for fruity lovers! She grow more short bushy indica style in veg but stretched well in pre flower and looked more sativa style now. Buds was pretty small size but packed with frost and delicious fresh orange/mandarin with hint of citrus sourness. Activating, happy and easy laughing head high. Veg: - Indica style short bush - Eeasy bend to scrog - Reacted well to FIM - Leafs was small size (less shade) - Stretched well and showed her sativa side more. Flower: - Small sized buds but hard rock. - Good bud to leaf ratio. - Leafs stayed small, maybe smallest what ive seen in hydro. Not bad thing though. - Beauty green, orange, glittering colors. - Smell was straight from fresh orange/mandarin juice where is mixed little bit citrus. - Harvested day 56 after few pistils. Smoke: -Potency: 10/10. Activating, uplifting, ceative, little bit giggly head high maybe its going little bit body too but not much. Giving some munchies too. -Smell: 9.5/10. Still smell after dried fruity orange/mandarin with hint of citrus sourness. -Taste: 9/10. Fruit very similiar what mandarin tastes and it give same aftertaste than you eat some yogurt, sour cream. It taste in mouth pretty long time too all maybe not like it. -Yield: 7/10. 100gr from 1 plant.¨ -Bag appeal: 10/10. Beauty hard rock green buds with orange hairs and glittering to mile away.

Fresh, but fills the mouth as i like.. full of trichome, the underbox of the grinder is already full of kief 😋 High is power..if u are "noob" maybe you have to smoke it slowly, and wait the effect before continue your spliff (don't worry, you have not to wait so much, NDR) 😁 Personally i try and love it by the day and before sleep...for the day in a joint, for the bed a big spliff and......dragons are in my roooooooom!! 🙌 Have the best time of your life, fellas!

Todo perfecto desde la germinación hasta la cosecha, se ha quedado una planta compacta totalmente llena de resina. Se ve bien para el SOG, no cargar de nutrientes para que tome lindos tonos al final de la floración.
