If you're just joining us, we have these photo-dependant ladies vegging in our 48"x 24" VIVOSUN tent. I have been doing a lot of heavy defoliation and pruning the past week. I also made a few upgrades in the bloom tent and moved a few of the cultivars into bloom under 12/12. Also, I realized my BlueLab Conductivity Meter has the option to switch to EC. Since EC is the most accurate way to measure the nutrient concentration in a solution, I will now be measuring and reporting EC readings rather than PPM. I am honestly super stoked about every single plant in this run. That said, I think I am probably most impressed by the 🍭🎅🏻 COTTON CANDY CANE lady from Emerald Triangle Seeds. She is incredibly vigorous. She was started nearly a month after all the others (except the 🦍🍪 GORILLA x COOKIES) and has already caught up to some of the taller plants in the run. Special thanks to those guys for sending the freebies for me to try out! Definitely want to try more from this breeder! She is almost a month behind the other plants and is almost as tall as the tallest cultivars started on 8/10. All in all, everything looks great. Each stake goes to the bottom of the 12" pot. All transplants have nice solid root balls due to being slightly rootbound. I knew I'd likely run short on premixed soil, so I decided to transplant the largest plants first. Of course, I ran out of soil after 11 plants were transplanted. It seems like I used a lot more soil than usual with this method and in tgese pots. - I mixed a new batch of soil using the same recipe. I will give the five smallest gorls a few more days to grow taller. That will give this batch of soil a little time to innoculate. - I moved the 11 transplants into the 96" x 48"bloom tent under 12/12 lighting schedule. 🚿FEED DAY!🚿 She received approximately 1 gallon of solution. I mixed 12 gallons of solution for all the plants I have in flower. 1 gallon of that was then measured and fed to this cultivar. 👩‍🔬NUTRIENT SOLUTION👩‍🔬 ⬇️Mixing Rundown⬇️ The solution starts with 12 gal tap H2O through two kdf filters mixed in a 36 gallon reservoir. The solution is applied via wand sprayer powered by a submersible pump attached to a garden hose. day 55: 2 of the plants are finally turning purple! I always have to remove some leaves for the lights to reach the lower buds, other than that I just feed and love them. :-) day 57: those 2 plants are getting more purple every day now! Unfortunately the camera cannot let u see what I see, but the colors are bright pink and almost pearlescent like. I will try and make more pics in natural light, but it's really tricky to get them out of the tent as they're pretty big now ..:P

Kinda worried the buds are showing lots of cloudy trichromes and on sugar leaves I am seeing amber. Bud Structure and the way they are still taking their feedings are telling me otherwise. So Im guna keep on trucking. My grows flowering times are never what breeder says too, always longer. Forgot to mention at the start of week 5 I added full tilt by floraflex aswell. Also started watering 8x a day with lights on. One time at lights off. At about 160ml each feeding with about 40-50ml runoff. These small pots are all roots and I feel the high frequency waterings are necessary to keep the runoff EC levels down Wattage 170 EC 700 Humidity 58 Temp 78

Steady week, all the girls seem to just keep getting bigger and bigger! Defoliated which I forgot to take pictures of however, they literally replaced the foliage in days! I Have a slight worry about one of the GG as she seems to be carrying on vegging with no real signs of flowering, just stretching more each day!? This seems strange as the Stardawgs look like they could be ready for flush in the coming weeks.. I am only a newbie so maybe i'm just been a little paranoid!? Either way She's absolutely massive!! Got the Dawgs out for a little photoshoot!

Drunken bitch Slap has been growing really well. She was switched to ph water 4 days ago. I am looking to harvest her in about 8 days. She grew great under the Hortibloom Solux 350. Nice frosty, and sticky colas. Everything is going great. Apr 27: and they’re off. Both seeds germinated very strongly. I’m keeping the soil drier this time. I think maybe I’ve had soil too wet when starting seeds before and that slowed them down a bit. Will focus on keeping the seedlings moist to make up for the low air humidity. Once they get some roots going then I’ll start normal watering. Apr 30: snow day but plants are all still inside under lights. So far so good. May 1: one seedling is a bit bigger than the other at this early stage. I’ll pick one to keep and adopt out the other one. May 3: transplanted to intermediate pot to raise the soil level.

All plants are showing exemplary vigor, evidenced by their vibrant green color and the rapid upward orientation of new tops toward the light immediately following the procedures. The Bruce Banners are responding perfectly to topping and LST, maintaining strong leaf turgor and dynamically expanding their lateral branching in the 25L pots.

QUESTION: I've been using a 200W LED which is supposed to replace a 400W HPS. She draws actual 200W. Should I now put the wattage used to 200W or 400W ? ? ? ? ? ------------------------ What started as as a 'just for fun' - project turned out to be my longest going grow ever. I cut her down yesterday when it was still 2017. Today it's 2018! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! For the ones wondering why it took 27 weeks: I started under a very small 50W bulb as it was only a just fun project so she vegged for ages. She would have been way faster if I grew her under normal conditions ;) The wet weight is 384 with the branches still on like in the hanging pictures. I only cut the bigger fan leaves off. Haven't smoked it yet so I just put it to 50/50 sat/ind -> smoke report to be updated... :) _________ After trimming, cutting and drying I got 54 grams on the scale. Well, I'm a bit dissapointed considering the outcome in grams but I think the quality is quite ok this time. Smoke report to follow soon... ;)
