Fo' Twenny Back with another update on our GelatO.G from Seedsman. She is looking really awesome. She keeps stacking on the calyxes and getting frosty! Overall, super healthy with leaves "praying" to the canna-gods! Now, on with the deets! LIGHTING: Increased lighting at dimmer last week with good results. Was about 70k LUX on average @ Canopy. Turning it up a bit more this week. 8 Outer Boards @ 665.5w 6 Inner Boards @ 601w LUX APP MAXES OUT READING 78750 LUX @ Canopy. Lets hope its not too much! RHIZOSPHERE: If you didn't tune into the last update, I had just flushed pots due to high PPM runoff. pH of runoff was at 6.3. PPM and pH are tested using 2 separate calibrated BlueLab meters. Tag 56: Die Triple G ist der 1. Blütewoche um 22cm gewachsen, 20cm bleiben mir noch für die Lampe 😬 Ansonsten waren die letzten Tag sehr heiß draußen, und somit stieg die Temperatur bei meinen Pflanzen insgesamt um 2°C, das scheint sie aber nicht zu stören 😀 Tag 57: pünktlich nach 1 Woche Blüte konnte ich bei beiden Pflanzen (Shogun u. Triple G) ein dezenten Duft wahrnehmen. Heute ist es nochmal richtig heiß geworden, die Nacht Temperatur lag im Schnitt bei 26 °C und Tags bei 27 °C 😱, aber auch das scheint sie bisher nicht zu stören.😎 Tag 59: Früher als geplant musste ich die Triple G entlauben, sie streckt sich sehr stark, was wohl an den großen Blättern liegt, und dadurch sehr eng stehen. Die Nodien Abstände liegen unten bei 10cm 😳 viel Platz nach oben habe ich nicht mehr. 😨 Tag 60: Auch nach dem entlauben denkt die Triple G nicht daran sich langsamer zu strecken. Die Lampe stell ich trotzdem erstmal nicht höher, die letzten 10 cm stell ich erst höher wenn die Dame sich nicht weiter steckt 😬

Flowering is going amazing, this candy cane is growing some very fast weight and caking up with Trichome’s. The sweet and slightly minty berry smell is growing in power day by day, and I’m very happy with how the size of the buds are developing since adding the increase of 2-8-4 and fish bone meal, just a little bit, not too much at all and she’s reacting great, knowing that the candy cane is a larger auto in size makes me a bit sad with the total size of this plant, but in its young age as my very first auto I believe I probably stunted it, but after all this and how she looks now Im more than happy with the growth, yield and quality of it, just speaking now as I do not obviously know how much I Will revive from it, I’m guessing about a ounce. No small bud sites other than maybe one on a lower branch that already has a main top cola on it. The main cola is massive and packing on a lot of size. I’ve switched the light to a hour less now as I am growing 2 photo indica L.A grape and with the season change I am having to fix my temp and humidity more for the photos, so changing to a 17-7 schedule has actually helped quite a lot and also has helped my other autos veg slightly better. But all in all I’m very exited!

So both plants are in flowering phase now just the first week of it i didn't have footage but for the second i got some so here😁 starting off with the polyploid mutation which looks like an caterpillar with hairs to me haha, really nice to see a mutation with my own eyes in my own grow hehe 😅else the plants are doing really good and being healthy so far 😎 happy growing all 😎✌️💚

Welcome to Friday- Start of week 4 veg. Today I adjusted the ph in the reservoirs from 6.3 to 6.0. Ppm under 800 so no added water. Damaged leaf seems to be from a magnesium deficiency, so I’m foliar feeding and bottom feeding with a mixture of CalMag. Doesn’t seem to be getting worse. My foliar feed consists of 5ml/g of CalMag, 30ml/g of seaweed extract, ro water and ph’d to 6.0. Daily Light Integral at 35. Lamp is 18 inches above and dimmed. Extra scrog net has been purchased in case I decide to run two levels of screens. Lowered the SCROG screen and wove branches laterally to encourage filling up the screen. Saturday: raised the lamp by 2” to 18” above the tops. Adjusted dimmer targeting a 30 DLI. -Checked nutrient reservoirs and ph is 6.2 and ppm at 780. Added .5ml of ph down to each reservoir to bring reservoir ph down to 5.9. Not topping off today. -Foliar fed at lights off, also sprayed for bugs using Captain Jacks. Sunday: defoliated below the screen and removed inward facing fan leaves that were blocking bud sites. Lowered ph in reservoirs from 6.4 to 6.0. Adjusted fans so they run faster under higher temperatures. Monday: REPLACED NUTRIENT SOLUTION. First replacement in two weeks. New solution ml/g is Micro (6), Bloom (9), seaweed (30), 3% hydrogen peroxide (10) CalMag (3). 6.1 ph and 1200 ppm. Drained reservoirs and added new mixture. Added RO water to drop total ppm below 900.Plant looking good. Tuesday: scrog net canopy filling in. Supercropped a few branches and wove branches under nets. Switched all lighting to 12/12 for flower, so tomorrow will be the first week of “flower” as I post here.

Start of Week 5 Over the last couple of days the smell went from a slight hint before entering the space to a pungent smell that just wofts from the plants. I've never grown a full screen before and never noticed how much these smell. It is possible it could be the Granddaddy Purple but my guess from the good bag smell on this strain, that it's the critical smell. I have two sections of plants growing from the same feeding resivour. For the first time ever I've decided to do a mid grow flush. I ran through 1-2gal of water on each 5 gal bucket. I use only perlite as medium so I figured that I wouldn't need much to flush. It all drained back to the main resivour and I disposed of it. I ran a 24hr cycle of straight PHed tallboy filtered tap water (160ppm) and then drained that again (340ppm). I refilled the resivour with fresh nutes and PHed again (1100ppm)

2 Girls 1 Cup week 10?? Looks like WG still has a few weeks left on her. GC on the other hand... is technically already dead to me, I've properly mourned her loss. Just need to keep her out of the way (and alive). Day 63- my TDS meter was accurate the whole time.. had to dial it back up.. I'm an idiot.. but these girls have been rocking out at over a thousand for weeks now and not really showing signs of burn. Few tips here and there. Crank the P/K up in this week's feed. RES change tonight. Modified GHE late bloom aggressive feed. TAP water so there's no added N from the calmag needed with RO. Breakdown as follows: 5gal TAP water - 137ppm Micro- 33mL Grow- 35.5mL Bloom- 50mL RES totals after ph corrections [email protected]. ============================================================================================= Day 64- GC seems to have blown up since yesterdays stabbing.. i took a vid, which ended up being a little too long. didnt want to wait for it to upload so i canceled. may clip the part where i went psycho on GC main and upload later. she may get stabbed a few more times before this is all over. thinking about drilling a hole or two in WG within the last few days, and the 48hr dark before chop chop. (when the time comes of course) ============================================================================================= Day 65- I don't think I ever disclosed my tent is in a closet... vid tonight shows it. Also shows how much head space I have above it for a TALLER tent.. a 4x4x80 would fit this current space REAL nice.. could make em taller as well. One thing I need to think over before the next run. I did cut GC back some tonight. Was creating a shadow on WG, and I didn't want it smacking in the fan again. That got annoying quick the other night while trying to sleep. WG still fattening up. Top offs have been with bubbled/aged TAP. Tonight I gave em a G/B 5/10mL shot since numbers are dropping from top offs and consumption. ============================================================================================= Day 66- i know i didnt add a comment for the day... but i DID upload pics. must have not saved. noticed when updating timelapse with the days footage, my diary is missing pics from 66. damnit! maybe i should quit uploading so many damn videos. ============================================================================================= Day 69- WG starting to show signs of its end. Brown spots on a few random leaves here and there. Checked tricomes tonight and were like 90% cloudy 10% clear. Hope they start to amber up within the next week. Haven't hit the A/C yet, and Temps are reaching 86! I can say that I have noticed less of an odor when opening the tent. Little summary of the last 2-3 weeks of Flower. Total off 70 days of 12/12 light cycle and 48H darkness.

Everything is going to plan so far, at the end of week 4 I will be flipping the lights to 12/12 because the gelatos will be ready for it, but the Og is a little bit behind but I’m sure it will catch up with them in the stretch. Day 26 - just switched the lights this morning 12/12 as it’s about time imo as the gelatos are getting big I don’t have the time or space to let them veg on so the Og could catch up, so I’m gonna hope that during the stretch it does.

Finally getting copler nights but heat wave keeping temps high which is ok for getting most out of it. Did a last heavy feed. Then one last organic top Their structure and yield does suck. One is tk leaning. No clones survived. Not the best strain but smell and taste are boutique.
