Day 56 of flower and the finish line is in sight! Pineapple Express looks to have its fade well under way with the majority of leaves turned completely black and now showing signs of nutrient deficiency as i stop feeding nutrients. i’m going to let what’s left in the soil carry it to the finish line. the ghost train hazes look like they will take a bit longer but are maybe 2 weeks out.

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 56 days and flowering stage was 75 days total (harvested tops at day 64th) the total weight of dry buds was : (plant #1 & #3 top buds 56 G + lower buds 22 G ) 78 G + (plant #2 top buds 47 G + lower buds 18 G ) 55 G + (plant #4 top buds 120 G + lower buds 67 G ) 187 G = 367 G

Hey Guys, Growth has taken off a lot this past week, have had to add a heater to the grow which isn’t ideal but with warmer months coming this should only be temporary. I have the thermostat set to start the heater when temps go below 23°c. Watching Dr Bruce Bugbee on YouTube, he stated that growth does start to suffer below this temperature. One of the plants has some odd colours and growth which I’m pretty sure is Mg deficiency, which is probably due to that particular girl being more sensitive to PH swings than the rest of the ladies. I have had to insulate some of the circulating pipes as the water cooler was struggling to keep the water baths cool. Seems to have helped keep temps down a couple more degrees, I mate have to reconfigure where my water cooler is in the piping run after this grow Finally a special thanks to the GD team for selecting my previous diary for DOTM, very flattering considering some of the great content that was submitted for March 2020! I caught up on some reading and decided to defoliate before chasing the second half of this flower. I'm pretty confident that after being in the Nature's Living Soil for a few weeks that she is strong enough to handle the defoliation, but hell, whadda I know?? 9.19 - The DumpsterQueen didn't even flinch at the defoliation. Yay! 9.21 - Just enjoying the show :) 9.22 - Figure I better learn how to best take and edit photos. Probs need some auxiliary non-grow light 😝

Such a great week! One of the best weeks is seeing the colas start to develop. Makes me happy to be a grower!! This week I was playing around a little with my temps/humidity, trying to get a better understanding of VPD. I'm sure most growers on here have or are currently battling Rh fluctuations inside their grow tent. As plants age, especially during flower, they release moisture into the air causing Rh levels to increase. Also every time you feed you are adding water (moisture) into the air which in late stages typically you feed/water 1G plus each time per plant. That is a lot of water! Depending on your setup you may not be able to keep your Rh down in the mid-high 50s. With most VPD charts there are "sweet" spot ranges to keep your temps/humidity levels at for the right VPD. So in the end I have raised my temps up to 28-30 C and my humidity is now 58-65%. After adjusting my levels, I noticed a HUGE improvement in plant production and how healthier each plant looked. The Purple Kush was having deficiency issues and with it being only a week away from the start leeching (flushing), I kept feeding it as normal. Buds were looking really nice compared to the previous Purple Kush. The Moby Dick's were also starting to show signs of deficiencies. My guess is to be Potassium (P) or Phosphorous (K) deficiency but It didn't play around with the nutrients. At the end of this week, according to the Remo feeding charts, week 5 is an increase in nutrients so I just let them go. My feedings are pretty much consistent each week which is about 5 feeds each plant. I do the lift technique and when I can lift the pot with little to no effort I feed.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. This first week in flower was a bit more exciting than previous weeks. I decided to put in a scrog net to help spread and even out the canopy. So naturally, I 3D-printed one. (Yes, I can be that nerdy.) Besides, it was the quickest and easiest solution as I don't like the stretchy-net kind so need a frame. Much easier to download a file and press print :D Installing it was a breeze and I also cleared away most branches and leaves below the screen. The stuff that won't make it above the screen and will just result in a bunch of larf. I'm still seeing chlorosis (which I suspect has to do with her transitioning into flower and stretching), so I gave her a bit of Orgatrex and Bactrex. ok so everything has gone fantastic , no nutrient burns at all , and have been slowly creeping up the base nutrients , i have stopped the cal mag and now adding house and gardens bud XL at full strength these girls are now in full swing of flower and i bought a new ph stick this week , i have found when PHing the feed bucket that its best too have air stones in the bucket , add all nuts and then ph but do not use the feed that day as if you check the next day the ph is off again so i left it 24 hours after i add more ph down , and it seems too make the measurements alot easier and stable , i have bent down the main stems " without damaging them onto my netting too A keep the canopy all the same high so my lighting is covering all plants at the same distance and also it allowed the side stems too reach up too , the zkittlez did stay alot shorter and compact compared too the rest , but she has had the shame conditions than the rest , so she much just be a shorter pheno type i also was sponsored another new led light by kingbo this week so have added another 600watt led too the grow , so now have two 600's and one 900watt , and temps are still fine sitting at 24c lights on and 19-20 off , so am pleased with that , this lady stayed very short and compact and didn't really stretch much at all and it by far the smallest plant of the bunch ,

I'm really impressed with this strain the growth is explosive and no issues at all so far, she has had som lst done and light defoliatian. Hopefully she is starting to go into flower soon, she smells quite strong already.

Week 5 of flower cotton balls are forming Starting the heavy flower feeding and using the rain rings on the pots see video, so far so good just waiting for these ladies to bulk up I have one light that is getting replaced on the next grow as is has some leds not lighting up so its running at 70% and the plant in the lower left corner is showing it its way smaller than the other 5,,, oh well, till next time be safe.

3/14: Came back from a 4 day vacation to a lot of dry, wilted, dead leaves on Amnesia. Trainwreck is super starved as well. My automatic watering system didn't kick on, and the humidifier ran out of water within 24 hours, so there's that. It may be for the better though, as the PH of the nutrients had risen to 7.5. I tossed that mix, and made another 2 gallons of half strength nutes, molasses and epsom salt. I watered them both to runoff, and now I'll wait for Amnesia to prioritize which leaves she thinks are worth saving, and then I'll defoliate the dead ones. Hopefully trainwreck will just bounce back to green. She needed to be defoliated anyway, so this situation makes it easier for me to find the dead leaves. Edit: Came back to feed the last of the nutes and decided to pluck the crispy goners. I found that pulling the leaf stem downward will make the most dead leaves fall right off, allowing me to test a majority of the leaves and give Amnesia a major haircut. Luckily I left a lot of leaves from prior defoliation, as Amnesia REALLY sucked them dry. 3/15: Amnesia looks no worse for wear than last night. Trainwreck as well. Went ahead and pulled as many dead leaves off Trainwreck as I could. Some leaves were a mix of crispy brown and healthy green, which I think is pretty goofy, so I avoided taking any green fans but removed the crispy ones. The colors of the leaves around the buds are really fun to look at. 3/16: Amnesia is starting to SHED her dead leaves, allowing me to pick the leaves with almost no effort. I tested as many leaves as I could, giving another haircut. I would say this isn't a good thing, but since it's my first grow, I'm rolling with it. As long as Amnesia keeps the buds and its nearest leaves alive, it will slowly grow, albeit stunted. I'm not sure if this condition will cause it to finish sooner, but I'm going to need to watch the trichomes under a microscope every couple of days just in case she's ready for harvest. Trainwreck looks about the same as it did before. No new leaves are ready to be removed there yet. 3/19: Amnesia is still shedding leaves, but also bulking up. Trainwreck is slowly bulking up, and turning purple as well! Going to keep an eye on Amnesia's trichomes. Edit: because amnesia is yellowing so much, and because it's been 5 days, I'm going to feed both plants a quarter strength nutrient mix just in case I've been overfeeding them somehow.
