This week I added a new controller to handle up to 8 functions. I installed a new heater, my old humidifier and some LED strips to the controller. Targeting a VPD at 1.0 day and night. Trying to keep the nutrient ppm under 900 and ph at 6.0 in the reservoirs. Ordered a second ph pen because I don’t trust my readings. Will be here by Thursday. Friday: Checked the ppm in the reservoirs and it’s at 1,000. Added more RO water with extra nitrogen to bring the ppm level down to 925. Saturday: I installed an updated AC Infinity controller 69 Pro Plus (controls 8 pieces of equipment) which allowed me to add a humidifier, corner LEDs and a heater to the controller. Overall I’m extremely impressed with this AC Infinity equipment. My VPD is within the range I want to achieve (.8-1.1). I programmed it to maintain 78 degrees and 67% humidity during the day, 73 degrees and 63% humidity at night. Charts posted also show the impact of an open tent compared to the closed environment. The heater is constantly pushing fresh air into the tent, so I don’t need to cycle the exhaust fan often. Rewired the tent again and moved the controller later that night. I mounted the controller on the wall. Added Mars Hydro UV/IR lighting to fill out all 8 slots on the controller. Sunday: I checked the ph in the reservoirs (6.8….i had filled it with 6.0 ph) and the ppm (1200 ppm…I had filled it with 900). So evaporation and possibly a mismeasurement of ph. I topped ff reservoirs with slightly stronger nutes and adjusted ph to 5.8 in the reservoirs. Poor magnesium absorption could be driving some leaf yellowing. Effective tomorrow, I’m switching over to Heads Formula which consistently feeds GH Flora series nutes at Micro (6ml/g), Bloom (9ml/g) and cal mag (3ml/g). Turned on the UV/IR lights for 3 minutes every 8 hours. I’m easing the plants up to 5 minutes every 6 hours which will provide the recommended 20 minutes of IR per day. This will help the plants stretch a little more. Monday: checked ph and ppm in reservoirs. 6.1ph and 880ppm. VPD remains stable except when I open the tent. Tuesday: checked ph (6.4) and ppm (880) in reservoirs. Added .5ml of ph down to two reservoirs. Still see slight yellowing between the veins but it’s not getting worse (might be improving). Adjusting ph down to 6.0 target might have solved this. The plants grew by 1-2” last night…..is the infrared light working already? Decided to mix up fresh nutes for the reservoirs following Heads formula. 6ml Micro and 9ml Bloom per gallon of RO water. Added 5 ml of CalMag too. Ending ppm was 1080 which is too high, so I diluted down to 880 with RO water. 6.0 ph. Wednesday: plants grew another .75 inches last night. I topped above the 5th node. Thursday: added RO water with heavy cal mag to reservoirs to increase amount of CalMag available.

I also made a few upgrades in the bloom tent and moved a few of the cultivars into bloom under 12/12. Also, I realized my BlueLab Conductivity Meter has the option to switch to EC. Since EC is the most accurate way to measure the nutrient concentration in a solution, I will now be measuring and reporting EC readings rather than PPM. I am honestly super stoked about every single plant in this run. That said, I think I am probably most impressed by the 🍭🎅🏻 COTTON CANDY CANE lady from Emerald Triangle Seeds. She is incredibly vigorous. She was started nearly a month after all the others (except the 🦍🍪 GORILLA x COOKIES) and has already caught up to some of the taller plants in the run. Special thanks to those guys for sending the freebies for me to try out! Definitely want to try more from this breeder! She is almost a month behind the other plants and is almost as tall as the tallest cultivars started on 8/10. All in all, everything looks great. Each stake goes to the bottom of the 12" pot. All transplants have nice solid root balls due to being slightly rootbound. I knew I'd likely run short on premixed soil, so I decided to transplant the largest plants first. Of course, I ran out of soil after 11 plants were transplanted. It seems like I used a lot more soil than usual with this method and in tgese pots. - I mixed a new batch of soil using the same recipe. I will give the five smallest gorls a few more days to grow taller. That will give this batch of soil a little time to innoculate. - I moved the 11 transplants into the 96" x 48"bloom tent under 12/12 lighting schedule. 🚿FEED DAY!🚿 She received approximately 1 gallon of solution. It's been hot and humid all week, so I had to open tent and run big fan to keep temp from going passed 83. Also used only water a few times to try to get some nitrogen out of system it is a bit to green. Hopefully stretching is complete up to 34 inches now from just 12 inches right before flip so this is nearly triple in size. Continued trimming fan leaves on lower 3/4 left as many as I could that were not blocking light which is always so few. Altogether going well.

Everything has been good. Plant is really bushy. Top dress fed. 😎

Ladies and gentlemen today is day 42 and this girl is thriving.. i ended up switching my plants around and giving her the smaller tent because my other plant is just too big for the tent .. she's growing fast at 27 in and as you can tell, she's still stretching, although I think she's almost done, and we can start producing some flowers .. Kannabia seeds thank you guys for the opportunity to showcase your genetics.This has been a very easy grow thus far.. Thank you to everybody that stops by says. Also, wanna mention that I am using general hydroponics silica, as well as general hydroponics, maxibloom ... half tsp each .. maxibloom is the main nutrient I use It's really an all in one.. you can buy a three pound bag, for fifteen dollars.. And use that only and you will have massive plans, and that bag will last you a year.. j/s .. i don't see many or any one else in here using it which is crazy because it grows the biggest plants i've seen out of any other nutrient... i understand it's salt based. All you have to do is feed to run off, and it's like steroids for your plants. No lie.. have a great day guys God bless 🙌

Day 29. No feed still. I spray them with Bio Heaven and CalMag light mix, sometimes adding a bit of Silica acid too. All not higher than 1ml/L. Think this week I will try to push best ones, smallest coming up too, but very slow, droped them to the shade and don't put any hopes into them. Day 33. Did little repositioning, space looks better now I think, plus big plants should be happier. Spray spray spray ;)))) Happy Growing !!!

Last week only lots of tap water for my Mexican Ladies. Her leaves got a bit yellow but that was expected and planned. Today was the day to thank them for their service and I cut them both down to drie, with all leaves included except for the fan leaves. Can't wait to see and test the results! She is not a heavy packer, in weight it won't be a lot but I am aiming for Quality > Quantity 😏

26.07. Dos Si Dos 33# 1# Day 92# Dos Si Dos 33# 2# Day 92# Yesterday was the end of the thirteenth week for the plants. They made excellent progress this week, they grew a lot and slowly started to spread. This strain absolutely does not mind the heat, so it seems to me that it even likes it. This strain is simply a champion. I don't know why this strain hasn't won a cup, honestly, maybe Barney didn't exhibit it in the cups, but all the recommendations to Barney to force this strain in the cups because it has the potential to win some because this strain is better than most of the champions I smoked, and it's a real treat to grow, and certainly one of the easier strains to grow that I've grown, so I would like this strain to win a cup one day. :D It started raining today and it will be like that for the next few days, storms are also expected and cooling is expected, and in the next 10 days the weather will be much more normal and if this strain doesn't care, but literally. Today I added another layer of netting to this row and pulled the tops through because of these coming storms, and I will add another layer these days to grow through it(it will be in the next update). Temperatures in the shade 45, sometimes more, in the sun 60+, the forecast says 38 C lol Stay High and Keep Growing!!!

Really packing on the size now, start of week 10 today, smells are amazing like literally amazing, strawberry banana stinks of foam banana sweets, pink lemonade smells just like a glass of lemonade, blackberry's again just like blackberries, gorilla cookies lovely strong gassy but sweet smell and stardawgs look like they've been snowed on they are that frosty,.. cannot wait for these to be done honestly, I've done quite a few grows now indoor and out and the smell of these have amazed me, hats of to fastbuds as usual, roll on next week 👌

End of week 7(day 50 to be exact). Her buds are starting to put on lots of mass. At this point only the buds in the center of the scrog are still upright on their own. I backed down on my light intensity a bit (on day 46) as she started to foxtail on me a little. Was running about 1600par in the convergence area between the two lights and about 900 on the edges. Backed the lights down to about 550(center) and 375(edges). She has been liking it and has stopped yellowing. She will be on this light intensity for the last couple of weeks. Trichomes are still mostly clear with a few cloudy/amber, so she will definitely be going the full 10 weeks. I backed down to half strengrh on her feed and added a good dose of epsome salt to give her a mag/sulfur boost ti promote ripening. She smells amazing. Earthy dank with a strong overtone of fruit. This pheno will be a breed mother for me in a couple of runs. The best clone is going to a homie's place to be kept in veg. He wants to run her too so we will take cuttings for cycles at his place and i will later when im ready to cross her.

Plants have a nice size, big flowers and they are still growing. I'm fully satisfied with this strain. My first grow of Northern Lights Auto. I started with Plagron Green Sensation this week.
