07/06 The sun is still shining. The summer is finally here. The plant salutes the sun from the morning to the evening. I didn't water plenty... only when I feel she needs it. I don't work with a fixed shedule. I know its kaotic :-(. I start to protect the leaves with LeaveCoat from biobizz because one off the neighbour tomatoes was misserably assaulted by leaf miners. She also got some nettle tea those days. The evolution is splendid. She doubled in size. Now she shows 19-20 cm. Her one week older Blueberrys neighbours had grown even more. We are very happy. I used some training clips from RQS on the Blueberrys. I also planted one in a double pot and the other in a smart pot. At the moment the one in the double pot one is winning the run. I will soon start a diary with two yodas from Philosophers Seeds to enquire more about the different pots and its efficiency. Some cabbage carterpillar are troubling me. The garden is full of brussels sprouts that have been attacked. I need more pirates to help me. I used some baccilus thurengensis and neem oil. Wish me luck bros! 😢

The ladies really didn’t have too much change this week except girl #2 seems like she’s caught up in height to girl #1. I have to make a correction to from week 3. I stated I topped the girls when i actually did some light FIMing.I wanted to be sure i corrected that mistake before my diary process any further. I kind of went a little too heavy on the feeding and the girls showed some slight yellowing and a 1 leaf started to Slightly curl into a taco. Nothing too serious but I definitely will be dialing back on the feeding doses. decided to do some defoliation To the fan leafs that were significantly blocking light from future bud sites. I’m not sure how these girls will take to me cutting off foliage. Only time will tell. These girl are starting to put off Some stank. The smell it’s very strong but you can get a sense of what’s to come. It smells of gassy sweet pineapple citrus. Have to admit I was skeptical until I did a stem rub and these girls were spot on. When rubbing the stem they smell so much more sweeter almost like a candy sweet smell. really appreciate all who have viewed my diary. I’m actually shocked how people viewed it so far. Day 95 harvest of last 2 of 4 plants. 10 days after first two were harvested. BB1 and GG1 seem to have denser buds than BB2 and GG2. I think the yield will be greater also. First two plants dried for 6 days at 45-50 RH and 65-70F and put into quart Mason jars with humidity meters and pouches at 62 RH. Once second two have dried, will update dry weight for all 4 plants in Harvest week.

Day 60: Using LST and FIM Lemon's canopy looks great all the sites exposed to light. Orange is getting taller.. so we'll see how it'll end up. The yellowing leaves might actually be light burn they're pretty close to the light, but the sugar leaves are a bit more protected. I might go back to 20:4 in terms of light schedule or lower the shelf. Smell wise even Lemon's non sugar leaves have a very lovely scent. I'll get back to the scent profile another day.

Hallo zusammen, Ich berichte kurz über die Blütewoche 2 Bisher verlief alles ruhig. Sie wächst sehr gut und sieht sehr stabil aus. Blätter entfalten sich prächtig und so langsam bilden sich Blütenstempel. Zum Gießen Sie trinkt wirklich gut und nimmt mit der Zeit auch immer mehr auf. Besonderheiten Noch immer bleiben Fraß Schäden im Außenbereich nicht aus. Ich muss sagen, dass ich es geschafft habe mein Frustlevel dahingehend arg zu Reduzieren :-) Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden! Harvest went pretty well big long, heavy dense colas very turkey sticky smokes really well has good flavor and smell overall was very happy with the strain

Day 15 - She is still wanting light but gonna leave it at 11" cause she is taking off like a rocket. Sorry for the crappy pic. Day 16 - She is growing, little worried the stem is not going to hold her up for long she is growing so fast, kinda worried there. Gave a bit of silica/calmag (maybe 1 oz at the ratio in my diary) then about 4oz of water.. Day 17 - She is blowing up! Hard to see in pics but she is getting bigger! I was worried the purple light is what threw my DFL into flower if that was closest to that LED . I tried to quarantine her 600w more purple Light off of my DLF.... Day 18 - Still looking good, gave about 2 oz of calmag/silicia solution and spritzed with water Day 19 - Was a little dry so watered and spritzed leaves with water. Growth underneath is picking up. She is still growing so I am happy. Trying to keep Air temp up above 75F Day 20 - It is getting thicker and bigger. Not growing much taller but getting bushier it seems. Spritzed leaves with water. Day 21 - Undergrowth seems to be growing, not getting much taller but is getting a bit thicker... Spritzed leaves with water.

Second week of flower, time to stretch! Im very happy with the outcome so far, it is without worry that some tops are in shadow. Enough tops to go around, have to wait until after stretch to lollipop! The lady all the way in the back, to the left, has either stunned growth or just slower than the other to go into stretch. However i will just play the waiting game, as i see no symptoms for a problem atm. Into week three of flowering: - Need to up CalMg this week cause all my last grows with this strain the plants were stressing and showing signs of Mg deficiency I think. - The buds are stacking up pretty tight. - The top of the plant is showing some red veins AGAIN, don't know if it is genetics? Or is it too much light? ANY SUGGESTIONS? - Usually what happens is that after week three top of plant will show red veins and some leaves will turn light green yellow. What type of deficiency is this? Thanks in advance for the help. Happy growing, BM 4TwenTee *****Update on LIGHT STRESS:***** Okay I think I got this figured out. Since my plant is showing the following symptoms: - Slow yellowing of top of cannopy - Fan leaves pointing up in a steep angle - Leaves are tacoing up a bit with sharp pointy serrated leaves pointing up - Veins are turning purple and some leaves are showing green veins and yellowing of outer part of the leaf REASONS FOR THE SYMPTOMS: - Since the light is too close to the top of the canopy, although my light is running at around 60% and it is at least a meter away from the light. I think because this was a mother and basically she is accustomed to top canopy PAR of around 180-220 and she was measuring around 600PAR so that is just too much for the plant to handle. So I've lowered the light output so the top canopy is around 420 PAR. - Also my humidity is pretty high at around 72% so I lowered it to around 65% - The reason why the leaves are tacoing up to the light is because the canopy cannot take the high PAR, the temp at the top of the canopy is only 76F so that is acceptable, but the plant is trying the sweat due to the high PAR, but because the humidity was also too high it was not sweating as much as it should. - The reason why a light stressed plant shows different deficiencies eg. magnesium and phosphate is due to the "extra sweating" that takes place, cannabis plants don't choose what they intake, if they need more water to sweat, extra nutrients will be absorbed and this will lockout some of the other nutrients in the solution. **End of week update: Tried multiple changes but still no luck on getting rid of red leaf stem. - Added a 1 hour sunrise and sundown light regiment - Decreased Humidity to 65% from low 70's - Top of canopy PAR decreased from 600 to 350. Leaves red stems still not going away and top of canopy still trying to get rid of moisture with fan leaves pointing up. If anyone can chime in that would be great thanks.
