honestly, I wasn't even sure if it was time to harvest. I did everything off the naked eye and I definitely wasn't able to look at trichomes to determine so i went based off the ratio of brown to clear/white. i harvested only the top cola and left the bottom bud sights on to see if they would grow anymore lol anyways, time to cure and dry. cant wait to taste my first full grow!

Well its been a good run with this pheno , she's the biggest plant i've grown so far and has excelled in bud production litterally everywhere. The shogun nutrients seem to have worked really well with no deficiencies throughout the grow . I've stop using dragon force now and am just feeding ph'd water for these final few days. I am looking forward to sampleing soon my gelato has also done really well with some nice dense buds

31-03-2019 Buds are getting bigger by the day. Increased Nutrients for the final 1-2 weeks, hopefully will see an improvement in size as in Bud tightness. 4-4-2019 These girls are getting real close to Dying for a good cause. Bud ! And just like farm animals fattening up before they get slaughtered these girls are doing just that.💀 6-4-2019 The New larger room is now open. Spent today moving the girls and equipment to their new environment. Tomorrow these fat ones start the flush process and towards the end of the week total darkness for 72hrs. then Harvest, Harvest ,Harvest. Trim Trim. for days. lol

Fast Germination with this one, started to show a nice healthy root in about 7 hours. Easy simple and quick germination.

Most of the week was spent setting up the hydro grow. Needed to build a DIY chiller since air temp in our grow room is hot, and water needs to be a good deal colder. Fridge from kijiji, garden hose, fittings, and submersible pump all in were under $100 but knowing what I know now I'd likely go with a thermoelectric chiller (DIY, with power supply and temp controller) next time around. Looking forward to tracking metrics and seeing how it goes :). Seems there's a lot of contradiction in terms of level of nutrients recommended, max water temperature, using H2O2 to boost water temp that can keep algae and rot at bay, etc. Got my hands on some Hydroguard via Amazon... despite local shops saying you can't get it in Canada... so I'm going to go with that instead of H2O2 to start, despite water temp getting up above 21 C (70 f) during the day. Fingers crossed. Update - keeping water reservoir tank under 20 C now by using reflective bubble wrap insulation on the reservoir itself and pipe insulation as well. It's a 10 C difference from the room temp, so I'm SUPER pleased with that.

Things are still going strong! I think this is the official halfway point of flowering, and the plants are in high gear bulking up and focusing on creating big, dense buds. I did notice a few brown spots on all of the Cherry Gorilla’s leaves - most notably CG#3 - I consulted some of my local grow buddies as well as the manager of my local store and they gave me some very detailed instructions - I am going to be adding 1/2 teaspoon of Cal-Mag to my water mix until week 7 AND stop diluting my food mixes - my plants are HUNGRY was the official diagnosis! I think that should be a pretty easy fix and am looking forward to the results. So I am told, I should be able to see results from the Cal-Mag flush within a week or so. Also - I was also given some words of encouragement from some long timers who saw the videos of my tent, and they are saying everything looks great and I should be proud! Again - super stoked on the progress. Planning on a big defoliation after next water to get the girls focusing mostly on the flowers, and significantly removing all of the newly developed undergrowth and under canopy buds. The plants got a big defoliation of a lot of the lower growth in lolipop style fashion, either flipping to flower next week or waiting two weeks. I’ve had to start using neem oil because it seems some little critters are eating my plant leaves. It’s very minimal and small just better to be safe than sorry, currently at day 40 of the Grow. Just moved the light up a few more inches compared to the plants canopy. Seems as if they’re getting a little light stress since I turned the light all the way up to the full 1,000 blast. Howdy it is day 63 and in 2 days it is time to harvest. Since 2 weeks i feed clear Walter only. They get 16 hours darkness before harvest. All the plants are really🔥 My favourites are still 3G and Wedding Gelato. The smell and Look is crazy. You will see i guess Also North Thunderfuck and Hulkberry is good looking. A LOT of growth this week moving into flower! She started to show her pistols and off to the stretch she went! We're under the Gambit Gorwing Solutions 240w Ion Board at about 35% Power. Over the next week or so we will be slowly cranking the power up to support dense bud growth! I'm happy overall with how she's progressing and look forward to what she produces! Not much of a drinker, she sips slowly through out the week. I tend to be watering every 3 days or so with her. Monitoring to increase in the near future. thanks for stopping by!
