Boy oh boy, the final day of the first Medusa F1 Hybrid 1/5. Seed to harvest in 93 days. The first medusa F1 grew super fast. Her vegetative period was very short, showing white pistils at day 18 already, but grew into a beautiful lady. The first medusa was only subjected to LST and a little defoliation. The other Medusa plants from my diary (2/5 and 4/5),were topped and this definitely increased the amount of flower sites. Nevertheless, she grew thick and fat with heavy buds smelling like a sweet petrol station. The pistils turn bright orange and many calyxes are formed with hardly any leaves in between. I noticed after week 11 she started producing new calyxis with white pistils and therefore I waited a bit longer. I would recommend this and wait a bit longer to see if it happens for you too. Some trichomes were starting to turn amber and I maybe could have waited a little longer, also for the lower part to develop more. She was cut down on the 18th of July and was placed in my dark dry tent for 13 days at a temperature of 18 °C and a humidity of 60%. A long and slow dry is important to preserve terpenes. After 13 days, on the 31st of July, the branches were making a cracking sound when bending, so I decided to take the branches out of the drying tent and trim them. My 4 x 200W lights (on the box) only pull 50W from the wall so I think they are not super good. I made pictures with a Nikon camera and a white background. I smoked some and she tastes peppery with a sweet aftertaste. I will smoke more after a good long cure for at least 2-4 weeks in my jars. Check the progress of my other medusa F1 diaries and see the full experiment if topping is beneficial for these F1's. I would recommend trying out these amazing genetics and see for yourself. soo... today is flush day.. i uploaded one photo out of 100 of the trichomes because it was hard to find a good spot and take the photo because my hand kept on moving a milimiter to the side and whole focus would be gone.. but there is alot of milky ones starting to appear and i decided im going to go for mostly milky ones as my cookie went for the sativa side and i enjoy head high, she smells sweet like grandmas carmel candies and she smells stroong.. i recommend this strain 100% for fruity sweet smelling bud lovers im sure if i had better light and more experience in growing Autos I would pull alot more weight on that girl and hopefully i will do it next time ! im planning on upgrading soon and growing this strain again because she is just too good thanks for all the support 👊 i will also update on how she tasted and i will update the wet and dry weight when she is ready.😂

Upper growth slowed for about a week or two and root developed, but then the top started growing, and branches started forming. Leaves started getting bigger.

One thing I forgot to mention in my video! I had a lighting timer almost catch fire last night! It was melted and black and when I pulled it out it caught flame very briefly. I went out and bought one that could support double the wattage of my light that minute. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! Be certain that your timer can handle all the wattage you’re pulling through it and then some! DONT BE AN IDIOT AND ALMOST BURN DOWN YOUR HOUSE!!!!!!!

great, everything is going really smoothly, @Zamnesia Runtz auto, copes perfectly with leaf spot and LST, started to bloom, so I think it will soon stop growing upwards, and I won't have to hurt it anymore :) @Plagron This is the first time I've used nutritional fertilizers, but I already understand that it definitely won't be the last :) good luck to everyone :).

Regular feeds twice a day the most consistent enviroment ive ever run, and the rewards are there to see. She is stacking great loads of space for her colas and the nicest stawberry smell.. I have a bed of stawberries in the garden and its amazing just how fruity these flowers are.. No drama and nothing to report so a little boring. I received some great tips here. For starters by suggestion I have lowered my day-time temps to between 75-78 degrees and my night-time temps to between 65-68 degrees. I had no intentions of trimming/defoliation anymore. So far she's adjusted well. Ive adjusted to only watering from the bottom instead of top watering.

This poor little seedling got pulled out of its soil by my puppy however she is still going strong with only 1 cotyledon. Only fed water at 5.9ph for about a month

07/08/2020 Powdery mildew has cleared up got bird poop on leaves now will clean, and defoliate as needed🙏 Red Sky clones do not take light stress well be on top of that shit with a timer! The first clone I took I put under 24 hour light (on purpose)sent out male flower at several nodes (collecting for Feminized project) So no light stress, unless you need to!
