28 days! Added the Mars Hydro SP3000 to tent at the end of the week to achieve a wider light spread. The HBSS cross is still slow growing but also shows only a hand full of pre flowers, a pretty "long" veg I guess. Maybe she will get a boost later on? The GWK cross on the other hand I would say entered bloom some when this week, will mark the diary with bloom starting next week. It is also growing really strong and fast, wiggling and stretching all the time, gotta tie it down a little more every single day and remove leafs shadowing lower nodes. Increased EC somewhat with Yara Kristalon Orange (bloom) and will continue to do so next week. Overall a very good week, even with the summer heat all goes just fine. Values are average of the day. I decided to do a partial harvest on this lady as im still trying to decide if I like the heavy high or the upper highs. So ... and I love this .. I picked some bananas .. they made my fingers smell amazing and I put them up to dry. Normally I like to hang the whole plant but this time I'm trying to do a trim and then hang the plant later. I'm excited to say that the new humidifier made all the difference in the world and I've actually got the humidity where it needs to be. The only issue is that it's rather warm and will only get warmer as the Temps outside rise. I grabbed a little portable cooler thing to try out ... hopefully I can get a good smoke out of this girl!

I think I was wrong about 2 weeks or less. Looking more like 2 weeks from now from what I can tell from the trichomes. Jack and Jill still growing strong, skipped one day of watering, they looked about half dead. Big girls just getting ph’d water every other day, J&J getting watered everyday, with their first taste of nutes on 12/19. Still trimming underneath the canopy.

Welcome growfessors to the harvest of Mandarin dreams! These 5 ladies got chopped down this week, the three pheno 1 strains have nice dense buds, very sticky! One pheno 2 is very fluffy, airy buds and the other pheno 2, is someplace in between, not rock hard, but close to it. Last time I'll be growing this strain, she was easy to grow, but not a smoke I enjoy, the indica hits harder as the buds cure and I'm not that interested in couch lock. Will update in 7-10 days with dry weight.

Had to flip finally. My other plant finally broke out of the stunt or whatever slowed its grow so it needed to flip.

Still resisting the rains. I couldn't water it but lucky I ve put them some coco. Changed the weather and now we have very few hours of solar light. Very low temperatures from now on, lets see if its dyed in some purples...

Another solid week of this lady just vegging along. MegaCrop is fueling her growth and she's really guzzling down the water, nearly 16 oz every 18 hrs. If there was a mini hydro category in this grow off I'd decimate all 🤣... Stay tuned I'd say we'll be seeing pistils within a few days, then the fun begins!!

Well it’s the beginning of week 7. Still now flowering ??? Not so speedy after all. A few of them have stretched a lot. Hopefully that means flowering soon. It’s going well other than one plant out of six that’s doing poorly. It looks ok.

I was wrong about my clones I thought that I had two clones of mimosa evo and two red hot cookies then I was thinking maybe it’s green pheno, but now with the strong smell I recognize the blue widow from zamnesia🤭 I also think 🤔 that the clone looks the same as the mother plant so it cannot be green phenotype 🤪💪💪💚

Finally the end of the sixth week. I had very bright, slightly yellow leaves because i had given too much light and too little fertilizer. The lamp was then turned down to 80W and raised to 50cm height, so that the plant could calm down again. I also corrected the amount of fertilizer. Now she looks happier again 😇 Thanks also to @Seedler, I "tucked" the leaves under the buds and it worked very well. 🌱🌱🌱 Grow Hard. Go Pro.

Out the tent for a spring clean

The plants are growing like and hell and some plants more than others. I therefore have to super-crop the plants, which is a method promoted by SOMA from SOMA-Seeds. I take the stem of the plant at appr. 20 cm under the top, directly above an internode, and squeeze it hard between my fingers. So hard that I can feel the fibers brake inside the stem. I squeeze in a circle around the whole stem and then bend the stem sidewards until the whole top of the plant is bent 90 degrees to the side or even points downwards. This way I dont have to top the plants and save the big top buds. The stem will heal and the plant will continue to grow, just at a lower height. I use this method since many years and it works GREAT. The BIO-TABs nutrients still do thier job VERY WELL, all plants have a healthy green color. The SANlight EVO4-120 LED-lamps are still hung at 75 cm distance from the top of the pants and do an OUTSTANDING JOB.

So I stopped topping this week to see where the tops are at on these plants, and after seeing the explosion of growth after the 1 to 7 gal transplant, I think these are good to go! I’m waiting on switching to flower until I plant and germinate my next run, which will be in about 2 weeks. Also debating on running clones of these if I see any I like during the flowering stretch. I had to instal a carbon filter yesterday, Oct15, as my mother in law said it smells like a skunk sprayed the side of my house. Didn’t think I would need to until flower, but I guess it’s expected with this many plants! Steady growth, and slowly shifting nutrient amounts up, get ready for some buds!
