So if you haven’t noticed before, you probably see it now. LOTS of tied up branches. I was not prepared for how much weight management I was going to have to do lol. Granted, this plant is a whole lot bigger than the lil 2x2 tent plants I’m used to. I don’t typically have to worry about weight at all. Either way, it’ll all workout. Just means it was more tedious work and my hands had to get a bit stickier. Next summer I’ll come up with an actual plant to manage weight. Alright so we on the start of a new week . A few things got adjusted last week height of the lamp , strength of my lamp , the nutrient regime has changed a little bit alternating between voodoo/b52 and Opti A&B/Cal mag . We also changed the lights to 12-12 so essentially this is a 12-12 from seed grow , I've always wanted to see the results so here we go :) I'd like to thank everyone that stops into the diary's both daily and weekly to check out the updates you guys are awesome keep on keeping on ! We are 1 week in and the second set of true leaves are beginning to grow, both are doing great and moving full steam ahead. Still watering about 20-30 mL of 200ppm CalMag RO water once daily and misting a couple times throughout the light cycle seems to be working great.

Mar 24: Watering till runoff now... runoff ppm was 2500+... Will be using very mild nutes to flush over 1 - 3 feeds... or until I am near my input. Mar 26: Continuing to use 650ppm feed with bloom focus, 2L per plant gives 15% runoff... Runoff ppm is still very high... I wanted to check pH of runoff but the color is so vibrant i cant use the pH drops to view color, need to get a pH probe. Plants are thriving, no issues at all. the extra fan fixed the post-water droop. One plant is bushy and has the most bud sites, One is the smallest but has the most uniform structure, this one has the biggest buds and thickest stalk, One is about in the middle of the 2. Mar 29: one of these girls gets droopy early when its time for water, thought the canopy was too high so i tied down some more, no cigar... gonna try increasing calmag, if that doesent work im going to reposition in the grow box to a side instead of middle, may not need the upper end ppfd...

The buds are really starting to form now, I’m getting a lot of purple and some black sugar leaf this is gonna be a wicket show. Oh my freaking sticky icky and I thought growing weed was tricky

A microbe product, PH going into the medium is around 6.5-6.8 and coming out is between 5.5-5.8, so something is acidifying it up. Also noticed the runoff last week was a bit higher at times. So lowered the feed down quite a bit, going in at 1.4EC vs 1.8 will bump it up to 1.5 and 1.6 in the next few weeks. I also added in a bit of a PK booster. nothing to crazy only 60ppm worth on a total allowance of 700PPM Lights now running at 100% with V1 spectrum, decided to go with 100% now vs after stretch, will see how it works out. For this grow I kept my setup a lot simpler than last year. Going with Jack 47 because, well, reviews are awesome and we've had success with Sweet Seeds germinating well. From the pics and videos you can see I've got a simple bucket for the plant with no air stone, pump, or other shit in the plant bucket. All that is in the reservoir. Should make it easier to clean, flush, etc. I'll be able to just pop the lid off (with plant in the net) and put it on a clean bucket with pH balanced water while I clean the rest of the system, then hook it right back up. I also over-designed so I could add a second grow bucket if I want. Don't have space for that at the moment but non-loadbearing walls are easy to move, right? Using General Hydroponics for nutrients and Hydroguard for good measure. Knock wood I'm not jinxing things by posting before I have seedlings.

A wonderful cherry smell! Probably the best terpene profile so far!

I have lost some photos you can't see very well but this small GSC fastbuds bonsai is at the beginning of flowering and it is not bad at all.

A lot of stretch during week 2, buds also beginning to develop, still very little to no smell. Plant hasn’t shown any signs of stress and is up taking normally. Will defoliate to allow for more light penetration at the end of the week.
